Clothes vs Customer Service
TLDR: The quality of the clothes? Fantastic 5 stars
The quality of the customer service? Horrible 1 star
Thus 3 stars overall. Order because it's cute and hope you don't have to contact them.
I recently purchased several items during a Buy One, Get One 50% Off promotion. Just one week later, many of those same items went on sale again at an even lower price while they were still well within the return window.
I contacted customer service and asked if they would honor the new sale price by refunding the difference, which was only about $10. I was told they could not do that, but that I was welcome to return the items and place a new order.
That policy doesn't make much sense. Returning and reordering would require me to pay an $8 return shipping fee, not to mention the unnecessary time and effort involved for both me and the company's employees who would have to process the return, inspect the merchandise, restock it, pick a new order, and ship it again. All of that over a simple price adjustment.
I've encountered this situation with several other retailers, and they've always refunded the price difference without issue because it's a common customer service practice. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed. A small refund would have saved everyone time, money, and unnecessary waste while creating a much better customer experience.

I am very sorry that you feel so strongly about our Customer Service that you received from us being horrible.
Having looked into your contact with us and your reason for contact, I can see that you placed your order with us and a number of your items were able to be used with our BOGO50 promo and then you have contacted us a week later asking us to refund you a further amount of money as the already reduced items you received and paid less for, were then reduced further in a different promotion that we offered.
As such we have then responded back to you and advised that we do not offer price matches and refunds for promotions giving further reductions as per our terms of service in regards to promotions that do not exist when you placed your order.
Cannot fault them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Saw Disturbia advertised on Insta and because they had lots of followers I decided it was safe to buy from them. So glad I did! I’ve ordered from them twice now and both parcels arrived next-day (via Parcelforce).
The designs are excellent and true to the description and photos and the sizing is also true to size (plus size friendly too!)
I didn’t realise until my first parcel arrived that all the packaging is recycle / compost friendly too so excellent for the environment!
I’m not usually one for leaving reviews but Ive honestly been so impressed by this company that I just needed to share for my alt girlies 😁

Unique quality items
The items they sell are unique and each item i have purchased have been excellent quality. I had to return one item recently, but it was my fault, as i ordered the wrong size. The refund process is simple and a problem caused by evri with the return was sorted out in less than an hour with a refund being received. Can't fault this company in any way, highly recommend their delightful items

Not Worth the High Price
The design of this mirror is very whimsical, but the quality of the material is cheap. The board on the back of the mirror is glued on poorly and the frame is a bit flimsy. The legs are a copper color which does not match the frame around the mirror. If it wasn’t so expensive, it would be an okay purchase.
