DISSH is the best!!
I've had TWO wonderful experiences with DISSH!! I placed 2 separate orders. The 1st purchase was made on 6/24/25, and the 2nd was on 7/12/25.
BOTH purchases were prettier than I ever expected. I couldn't have been MORE pleased! All of the pieces (dresses, tops, pants and skirts) were EXACTLY as shown on the website!
And, even the standard delivery was incredibly fast! My orders from DISSH arrived FASTER than MOST of the orders I make stateside.
I've NEVER seen knits OR cotton apparel SO WELL made! You'll never be disappointed with any purchase from DISSH.
I'm proud to say I'm a DISSH customer for life!! 🥰🥰

Missing item - Refusing refund.
Order a set for my birthday however when delivered Item was missing from parcel. Contacted Dissh and confirmed the packaging confirmed only the trousers were included and the weight of the parcel was only 0.2kg which was evident on the parcel label printed by Dissh. They have emailed back saying the weight should have been more however at the same time also saying
Item was in parcel and refusing to refund me for the missing item.

Poor quality garments and terrible service
Absolutely terrible customer service regarding online purchases. This brand is out just to make as much money off the customer as they can and do not wish to assist with issues regarding the quality of their items. Don't waste your time and money.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE!
I can’t share how beautiful, supportive & accomodating all the girls are at DISSH WARRINGAH MALL. Maddie the store manager is always so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Especially visiting with my 2 year old son if I’m needing to try on anything. Hannah has been so helpful the last few times when visiting and are always offering help with sizing and other options. Visiting a store where you know you’re going to be seen and supported really helps especially being a mum! Thank you girls!! You have honestly all been AMAZING!

Very Disappointing!
Ordered a cardigan and less than 24 hours later was reduced significantly. Reached out to ask whether they would offer the discount back without returning and ordering at lower price; they sent generic email saying no. Sent two further emails asking if they would provide a discount code against an order for another item and they ignored me! Love their designs but put me off any customer loyalty!!

Great customer service experience after my return was lost via Aus Post. Dissh fully refunded my order, once it been confirmed that the parcel was lost at the fault of Aus Post. It was an seamless experience, and all done via their online chat. Thanks so much!

Clothes are lovely but expensive and…
Clothes are lovely but expensive and not worth the price. I purchased knitwear after 2 wears somehow jumper shrunk lost it shaped can't wear it anymore. Contacted DISSH and they advising me about the bobbling lol. Completely different issue I reported and funny enough jumper has a bobbling texture so nothing to do with it.
Save yourself money and go to high street stores. The quality is appaling currently trying to get my money back through my bank as who can afford to spent 145 £ for a knit that looks ok up to 2 wears.
Thank you DISSH your customer service was so helpful and please try to have a better knowledge about the garments you sell.

I paid £145 for a skirt and was shocked to receive it in a cheap plastic bag, like something from a budget retailer. For a brand that claims to offer quality products, the presentation and care were completely unacceptable.
I had to chase my order twice before it was even shipped, and when it finally arrived, it felt like no effort or respect was given to the product or to me as a customer.
To make things worse, I was told I’d have to pay £15 to return the item.
