I’ve always had fantastic, 10 out of 10 experience at Miranda store, staff are very friendly helpful and I always end up buying a few things from the store. Very happy overall the quality of the product is amazing . DISSH is my favourite store and I’ll definitely be buying more items.

Very poor customer service and no responsibility to their protection of customers store credit. I had a store credit issued as a jacket I had returned from an instore purchase. The store credit was redeemed without my knowledge by someone in a store in another state. The voucher they printed out states clearly on the bottom "treat this voucher like cash", which no one in their customer service staff can tell me what it means. All that their team made clear to me is that the "treat like cash" voucher did not require the voucher or its barcode or its code to be required for its redemption. All that this person needed was my email address, which I am under the impression they found on my Depop account as I had briefly posted the voucher to the platform attempting to get some of my money back since the instore purchase could not be eligible for a refund. I had the details of the vouchers barcode and code covered but my email address I believe to be visible. I admitted fault to their team for posting the voucher online, but they refuse to acknowledge any fault and have offered nothing in return for their lax policies around customer protection. The voucher was nearly $400 and the person who redeemed it by impersonating me returned to the store a week later to return it and use more of my voucher. I was never notified by email that my store credit was accessed which could have stopped the person when they returned to the store. Nothing has been offered to me to restore good faith in the brand, not even a 50% restoration of my store credit. It is clear to me that Dissh does not care about their customers or their reputation. And most of all it is clear to me that anyone can overhear a return occur in store, take note of the email address of the store credit and can easily use the store credit themselves, do with that what you will, Dissh does not care about their reputation anyway as I have heard countless stories of poor customer service with Dissh taking zero responsiblity.

Really disappointed... For the price of the product, I would have expected a product in perfect quality, which is obviously not the case.
I've contacted the customer service but their only answer was "Our quality control team do not consider this as a manufacturing fault."

I will not buy from DISSH again.

However on receiving them I thought colour wouldn’t go with my wardrobe

I had to exchange a top that was too small, and the customer services was excellent. Any time I've had to contact them they usually get back to me within a day. I even had to cancel an order that I placed by mistake, and they quickly did it for me, which you most likely won't find with most stores. My only complaint is that the bottoms of most outfits are huge while the tops can run smaller.

Best customer service ever! I asked where one of the light fixtures were from in one of the stores and within minutes I received a response. I mean — how cool is that! My package got stolen, and it wasn't really anyone's fault. Dissh really stepped up and contacted the postal office for me. When they couldn't find any information about the package, Dissh even offered a gift card, which was super generous of them.

I have bought many Dissh items over the years and have loved every single one of them. The customer service has always been amazing. Just recently I asked for a recent order to be upgraded to express shipping and my request was responded to so quickly, with complimentary shipping upgrade. Thank you Grace and Dissh :)

HORRIBLE return policy. Any business that hides the return policy is one you should avoid. Any links they provided (after 2 back and forth emails) brought me to a Refunded app that would not accept any of my credit cards for refund. Now I’m stuck with an item I cannot use. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
