Disappointing direct customer service, despite a good product
I wanted to get an update on my order, so I reached out to the number provided on the website. When I asked for information, the person who replied simply told me I had to contact the sales team. I then asked for the sales team's contact number, but I was completely ignored and never received a reply on WhatsApp. I eventually had to reach out to them through Instagram just to get a response.
Even though I have placed a couple of orders with Disrupt.lk in the past, this experience was highly disappointing. It makes me feel like because I ordered a small item, it wasn't worth their time, as if they only care about expensive orders.
On a positive note, the mouse skates themselves look good, but having to chase them across different social media platforms just for a simple update is frustrating.
