Ordered a limited edition mug for my husband after the kids broke it 🙄 never used this company before, but really impressed. Shipped in 2 days and arrived in perfect condition, having been carefully packed - 2 boxes, tissue paper and bubble wrap. The sweets were also a nice touch. Would definitely use again
