A bit disappointed all round but not awful

The products (a couple of tea mugs) were a bit overpriced for the quality and somewhat mean sizing. The delivery itself was not slow, however, packaging the item and getting it to parcel force did take a few days. The delivery was only one day over the outer estimate hence I wouldn't say it was bad perhaps but worth allowing a little extra time. I was more disappointed with the actual products which I could have probably had done myself on Vistaprint for a couple of quid (other cheap printing services are available).
This has not in anyway effected my determination to see the UK renamed to Ankh-Morporkh

Great shop

Very nice products that were delivered quite quickly. They have a great selection on their website. Only problem is that it can be hard to choose what to buy since there are so many good options. The site says it can take up to a week before items are dispatched. I ordered on a Monday evening and they arrived well packaged on the Friday.

Terry may be gone, but Discworld is still here

This review has been a long time coming, and I do apologise to Discworld.com for the delay.

Over a year ago (I know, I'm sorry) I bought a Vetinari Rules t-shirt and a few pins and badges.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, wait time for delivery was a bit longer than expected, but as they pointed out, politely in an email when I asked, they are a smaller company and generally make items to order rather than having stockpiles of, er, stock.

The tshirt I bought is of very high quality, and the pin badges were immediately stolen by other Pratchett fans in my social group (the bloody gits!).

I will get around to ordering more, particularly if Discworld.com start producing sew on patches...

Five gold stars people....

Keep it up.
