What a team! This was a new product for my builders so we needed a fair bit of support. The team at Discreet Heat have been with us every step of the way. We’ve encountered a few issues that were immediately resolved. Cannot stress how thrilled the client is with the radiator skirting. Top notch product with excellent support.

Great product, amazing service, fitted it many years ago, slightly weeping valve from an area of heavy footfall, they were so helpful new valve and joints provided at no cost and it’s been installed about 10 years. If all companies were like this life would be so much better. Thanks discreet heat your fab

Have always said the system was the age it is and had done well to get this far without issue so clearly the installers did an ok job installing it.

My issue was that it came to a point when I didn’t get an email with anyone’s mobile , when it was said that I would get one. Maybe that email ended up in my junk email I don’t know.

My issue was also when I phoned it got to a point when I did not get a reply to my calls and so was unable to give the plumber any information and in the meanwhile I have no heating for my kids and this issue dragged on.

After I put this review on I then received a helpful email detailing what exactly to do with the parts sent - I upgraded the star rating as a result.

That’s all that was needed and appreciated.

The heating was finally fixed late Thursday and my entire heating system checked and mega flow etc reset so no stone unturned in ensuring everything is ok.

I dont wish to down a Uk business and these things happen so it’s not a case of not pleasing everyone it’s just at times things go wrong and the only way to get resolution is through discussion.

Diabolical when the system leaks not once but three times ruining a carpet and leaking buckets of water.

Then try to get a plumber who knows the system then after over a week of being told this company will call back they don’t even when they offered to talk me through a fix. To their credit they sent out a part for free. But I had bought entire kits to do the fix properly.
Today after again no call back all day , I called asked for the address and managing director details to formally write a complaint as per Their complaints procedure, after all it’s now been 2 weeks without heat it’s messed up our mega flow our boiler and sorry to moan but my family is cold ! The telephone advisor could not would not tell me who was in charge to write to ! It’s not funny I paid fully for this system and have done my utmost to simply get my home heating working again and now I need a new carpet. Should it be this much effort just to get a phone call back and know how to fix the system. Not really in my view. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Extended our kitchen into the garage 2018 and decided to fit the DiscreteHeat Thermaskirt as we were short on wall space. This system is by far one of the best radiators we fitted let’s off a great amount of heat, no pipe work can be seen and best of all no need to paint never rusts looks as good as new 6 years on unlike the traditional radiators we had fitted in other rooms. We had Thermaskirt fitted as part of our Aira heat pump install. We didn't want extra large radiators as part of the install and were introduced to the Thermaskirt skirting board radiators. We eventually decided to have the whole house done with them. This did require a bit of disruption as everything was done within a week at the same time as the heat pump install. Very glad we had it done as it looks great and works extremely well and we got rid of nearly all our wall radiators. Everyone we had dealings with were great and the work was high quality. Would highly recommend the product and the people.

Thermoskirt is a thoroughly efficient and innovative system that gives an even heat throughout a room without ugly radiators. The support given by DiscreateHeat has been excellent. This is a system that has been installed in our bungalow for 14 years, is very reliable and would strongly recommend it.

Brilliant idea to remove the radiators and use the skirting board to heat the room. Made more space in the room as we didn’t have to position the furniture either side of the radiators. Great product, delivered when it was scheduled, well packaged and fittings boxed separately for each area. This was the second time I’ve used it so I more confident in my own ability to install it . Definitely recommend using Thermaskirt.

The team have been really patient with our tricky order. This is our second purchase and we have decided to heat our whole kitchen and new extension with the heated skirting based on how happy we have been with it in our downstairs toilet. Particular thanks to Andrew and Lauryn who helped to get it all sorted. I highly recommend.

We had a really odd shaped room with a bulkhead in it. The radiator stopped furniture being placed where we wanted it. We had a wobbly old walled house and we couldn't be happier with the thermaskirt. It heats up quickly, adds significant warmth to the room and looks great. The benefit of having the radiators along the length of the wall was one wall was external and was cold which meant condensation often appeared causing some mould to start to develop behind a bed. But now the wall gets warmth, we've had no condensation, and since painted, there's been no mould recurrence.

Had Thermaskirt for nearly 12 years now and still doing great. Went for it initially as I have a couple of round rooms that really didn’t look right with radiators. Discrete Heat did the profile and it went in easy and both works and looks great. Spoke to them a couple of days ago to get some replacement top strip as on a few lengths it was going a little bit yellow. Replacement strip arrived 2 days later FOC.! Superb customer service. Well done guys.

Having finally made the decision to replace our radiators in the bedroom with Thermaskirt, I have been very impressed with the seem less sequence of planning, ordering, and delivery of their product to us here in Guernsey.
Having reviewed the videos on You Tube I was happy to attempt the installation myself. The delivery comes with a 30 page installation instruction booklet which covers nearly all contingencies. We chose the BM3 H2o system.
The product itself is very well engineered, all the ends, and corners come in separate bags with the corresponding connectors. there was a comforting surplus of connectors, trim and wall insulator remaining after the installation.
Customer care, and the technical support team have been excellent in replying to my initial queries.
If you have a modern property with flat plasterboard walls and level floors you would be well pleased with the perfect finish achievable. For our bedroom we have uneven floors and uneven lime rendered walls,
so a compromise with levels, and gaps was inevitable.
It still looks very good and most importantly, works really well.
Astonishingly with no visible radiators the size and look of the room has been transformed.
I would recommend the system to others.

This is the first time I've fit Terma Skirt.

It took a while to get my head around it but now I'm quite impressed.

Discreet heat supplied and were extremely helpful and attentive throughout the job.

I see it as a well-designed and engineered product.

It does require a comprehensive understanding of the instructions and if anyone is to delegate the job to a colleague or subcontractor then they themselves must also have a comprehensive understanding and do frequent checks and quality control.

Really positive experience from my initial enquiry (over a year ago) to the order being delivered. Due to our extension build over running Discrete Heat were amazing and hung on to our order for over 8 months until we were ready for it. I’m just starting to install it myself and looking forward to getting it up and running before winter sets in.

Decorator accidentally broke return fitting with bleed valve called Discrete heat at 13.50 spoke to a lady who suggested I email the tech department which I did complete with photo. Within the hour I got an email back saying they would post one out today you can't get better than that.

I have two rooms in my rescently renovated 5 bed house fitted with thermaskirt. It is fitted in the main lounge and also in our boot and coat room. I like the way it frees us wall space by doing away with the need to have wall mounted radiators. The heat is evenly distributed and seems to work well. Care needs to be taken to make sure the system is balanced correctly with the retained radiator heating circuit during removations. If I could have afforded it it would have been better to use the thermaskirt system throughout rather than keep some rooms on radiators.

We have discreteheat installed in our apartment. The system is effective in heating our home and looks great.

I have 6 rooms in my house fitted with Thermoskirt Regency OG which I have fitted myself. It certainly looks very smart and as I have solid brick walls I like the all round heat it produces. I needed a couple of O rings for my 2008 ( yes 16 years ago) installation and Discrete heat promptly supplied me with some.

Discrete Heat is a well designed system which works well for us. I have had good customer service from them regarding a spare part needed.

My wife insisted on not having any radiators in our house extension and suggested I had a look at thermaskirt. I was dubious at first but was amazed at how easy it was to install (I am a competent DIYer) and even more impressed with how much heat the skirting emits. Their service was first class from initial discussion on requirements from which a plan was marked up with what I needed. After sales service has also been exceptional and in particular the wonderful Lauryn! Thank you!
