Very strange business behaviour
I picked up the Air brochure at local window and door business, subsequently asked for quotation. Having waited long time following home visit and vague lack of clarity despite being a which trusted trader, I decided to seek second quote and approached Air online to find out who else, trading in my area, is on their distribution list. Instead of giving me the information I requested they sent my request, without my consent, to the evasive local trader who then contacted me to tell me!! Very strange business behaviour especially since my local trader told me not to make an appointment at Air Greenford Showroom after I suggested following that advice in the brochure. Looks like I need to find an alternative Aluminium window and door company having wasted months.
