Ordered ball joints for Tacoma when parts arrived was shot nut and cotter pin. Notified them and two weeks later they shipped items out to wrong address. Notified them that had not received package they kept telling me it was delivered took another week to get the shipment so truck was down almost a month. Sent seven emails that they only answered when they realized they where in the wrong. Will not buy from again or recommend this company to worst enemy. Every poor customer service!!!!!

Ordered parts from this website on 04/19/2026. They charged my card immediately, but never acknowledged receiving the order or provided any shipping information. I tried calling and emailing multiple times with no response.

I ended up having to dispute the charge through my credit card company.

My advice: stay away and save yourself the frustration of dealing with this company.

This was the worst online experience I have ever Had. Mad a 550dollar order. Got a confirmation Order was filled waiting to be shipped the next day. after 10 days I called. They don't answer phone calls they hide behind emailing. Only taking emails. so emailed, they said they would mail out that day. another 5 days go by no follow up emails with promised tracking number, nothing. so i emailed canceled order. No apology no nothing but a credit. I would never order from these people waste of time. by package was filled and just sat on their shelve. Who knows maybe it was never even filled.

Getting a yearly MOT is stressful. However I took my car for its MOT and was extremely impressed with the customer service I received. The staff and the mechanic were friendly and professional. My car was inspected promptly and efficiently. I was told of area’s that I needed to addressed and costs involved which were very reasonable. I left my car and returned home. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call a few hours later telling me I could collect my car. The exceptional service I received was outstanding. I would recommend Discount Auto Spares Limited as they are professional and reasonably priced services they offer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank You to the dedicated team for looking after me and my car.

As other reviews have stated, this company lacks proper customer service. Their website is misleading, leading customers to believe they will receive the correct parts—yet that’s not the case. When you request a return label, they argue and insist the customer pay for the return shipping. I have email correspondence in which they claim it’s not their fault and refuse to take responsibility or offer any assistance. Essentially, they imply it’s your fault for trusting a company you’re unfamiliar with. Now I’m stuck with a $200 part that doesn’t fit my car. Do not trust this company to operate at the same standard as eBay or Amazon—they are unprofessional and unreliable.

Discount Parts Monster will not give me a return label to return this item. As you can see on their website webpage it shows to be the CABIN AIR FILTER. They are insisting it is an Engine Air Filter and say I can return everything at my expense when the error was theirs. I even submitted my VIN number to make sure I received the correct part.
Here is the email chain and I have attached a screenshot of their website webpage that misled me to purchase the “CABIN AIR FILTER” on the lower right side. As this is the only place I saw “Cabin Air Filter”.
7/28/2024 hello, unfortunately you didn't order cabin filters, you may have made a mistake an ordered air filters base on the vin number provide that is the correct part for the air filters for your vehicle the cabin filter would be part number 87139-50100
hello, but that is not the part you ordered you ordered 178010P051 which says that it is an air filter.
8/2/2024 You say that you ordered and were in need of a cabin filter. You did not order a cabin filter though. You placed an order for an engine air filter. The engine air filter you ordered (17801-0P051) has an image showing it fitting into the engine air box under the hood?

They do not have a stock.
After a week they will try to get the stock.
And at the end they will ask you to pay extra for delivery because their webside miscalculated the price of shipping. Roughly around $50 for shipping of 3 lightweight plastic parts. More than 50% of the total package value. Don't get fooled by the cheapest prices for OEM parts it's not worth it.
