One of the lamps arrived with a broken glass shade despite being very well packaged but the lamp was replaced within 48 hours. Excellent customer servicer.

Ordered 6 floral glass tea lights and they arrived really quickly. Sadly one of them was damaged but I contacted them and they were apologetic and sent a replacement without any issue. This one arrived in perfect condition. Really happy with my items and service. Thank you

A fairly good range of lighting. We ordered what we thought were brick lights but had to return them. IF YOU NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING BE AWARE, it took a month and we had to contact them on more than a be occasion to chase. We were promised a date but the refund finally came 2 weeks afterwards making the total wait time for our money over a month. We paid for the postage for this.
