No reply regarding delivery not a clue where delivery is.

Used these because they had a 3-5 day delivery. Got an order number but no delivery details. Took about 20 attempts over two days to get through to someone. They said they were extremely busy and it would be another week. A few days later I got a message saying someone would ring me tomorrow to discuss delivery. Next day someone rang to say their lorry had broken down and it would be over a month so they would reimburse me and suggest I try someone local.

Need some improvements on website and updates about delivery. Had to ring this company a couple of times for reassurance and updates, every time I spoke to them on the phone I was reassured my order had been received and processed. I was a bit worried when I didn’t hear anything as I’ve never used this site before and it had been past the delivery dates stated on the website. When I rang, the lady said they’d been very busy however, I was given a delivery date and my order was delivered promptly. The quality of everything I ordered was excellent!! Products are the cheapest I’ve seen from shopping online. Thank you. I’ll definitely be recommending you to anybody that asks me!! Worth every penny and risk I took!

Great quality fences and responsive customer service who were very nice and professional

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. After ordering and paying for some fencing I receiving an invoice I rang to ask when my order would be delivered I was told they couldn’t deliver it as their website was wrong and they had charged me wrong so they would refund me and couldn’t send me the fence because they had charged me per pack not per meter. I challenged this and explained I had already paid and it wasn’t my fault their website was wrong. I explained about my consumer rights and the fact that I could still order the fence off their website at the price I had just paid they then put out of stock on their website. They refused to fulfil the order they were rude over the phone and i have never dealt with a company quite like this.
