They were able to have the dumpster there the next morning. Delivery placed it well for easy use and it was picked up when agreed.

Casey dropped the ball on Wednesday for the dumpster to be delivered on Thursday. I called on Thursday to see if everything was ok because I never received a contract to sign. He said 'oh this is my fault, I never called them back to schedule. Can I have one delivered on Monday?' At this point I had no choice. I still never received a contract until I came into work on Monday and saw that he sent one on Saturday and one on Monday, today. This is ridiculous behavior for customer service. He said he MIGHT be able to help me with the next price, next time I order with them. THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

I spoke with Casey, we're all good. I was a bit to harsh yesterday, I guess because my boss was not happy. But I understand, and thank you for fixing the issue so fast! Casey's a good guy, don't fire him! LOL!

Took all information and payment without verifying they could do the job. They could not. Waste of time

Every person I worked with during the process was wonderful. We originally ordered one dumpster and had to call back to order two more. Service was prompt and very well communicated if there were any changes. They made every effort to ensure we could get the dumpsters as quickly as possible. A big thank you to Ethan who helped coordinate our orders.

The customer service was excellent, being responsive, helpful, and courteous. The dumpster was placed exactly where I requested and when I requested. Additionally, it was at a very reasonable price.

They picked up the dumpster before I called I said I epuld call for pickup. I had to remove the remaining trash using my truck. I have need for more dumpsters but I need to ensure it os picked when I request it.

Chris is who I worked with and he was very helpful!! They didn’t have the size of dumpster that I wanted available on the dates that I needed it for, so he gave me the next size up for the same price as the one I wanted. They delivered the dumpster on time and picked it up on time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be doing business with them again!!!!!

Discount Dumpster 30 cubic yard dumpster not set to allow full door opening despite room to do so in front of a garage door. Driver/company refused to move it backward 2-3 feet to allow full door opening stating "not enough room" despite my frequent calls and verifying myself enough safe room did exist to move it.

Two subsequent additional rentals, same location, (30 and 20 cubic yard) from different companies, of same length dimension, both dumpsters consecutively safely placed to allow full door opening. I have 8 other units that will eventually need dumpsters. Discount Dumpsters will not be considered to supply them.

The delivery guy dropped the dumpster in the middle of my driveway, which I didn’t want, and blocked the sidewalk which you just can’t do. It also was delivered with trash in it. I wouldn’t use them again!

Everything was delivered and picked up on time. No issues with anything.

They were very helpful to me when I called. Everything was explained amd there where no hidden fees. When the dumpster was dropped off, the gentleman asked where I wanted it and explained how to open and close it. We had a great experience, and I highly recommend them!
