Need better communication
Ok but the lack of communication is a problem - I told them when I ordered I would need it for longer than 14 days - the cost was $15 per day over which I offered to pay up front but was told I couldn’t - I was told they would contact me before pickup which they did not do - no call no email - we left for supplies and came back to the 1/2 full dumpster being gone - was offered a discount to bring it back for $450 - when I needed it for an additional 10 days which should have been $150. Their pricing was in line and the customer service on the front end was good- delivery was as promised although they dropped it without asking in the wrong spot but was still workable
