Excellent experience

After reading some reviews I was a little sceptical...my brother bought some products and was happy so I thought I would purchase. Wow... nothing but positives . I had to be contacted regarding a script advising I must post before my order would be released. All good read the website advising must be posted so posted script same day as I ordered. Also bought non script items and they were all a great price..( all cheaper than Chemist Warehouse and other retailers). Postage was very quick for coming from Eastern States ( I am in WA) so overall I give them 5 stars ...excellent all around. Would recommend.

I placed this order on 4 June 2026, which was almost a month ago.

The delivery issue was not caused by me. The address I entered at checkout was complete and correct. The mistake was made during the shipping process, yet I have been waiting for weeks while being repeatedly told that you are still waiting for a response from the carrier.

I am disappointed that after such a long delay, I am still being asked to wait without any clear timeline for resolution.

I would appreciate this matter being escalated and resolved as soon as possible.
