It's a complete waste of time
It's a complete waste of time. I have tried ordering 4 different Washer/Dryer combinations from Discount Bandit and they have canceled every one. Each cancelation comes 8-12 hours about the order. They don't appear to have access to any of the products on their website. It was a complete waste of time and now I worried about the fact they have my credit card information.

They did nothing to fix the problem
I thought I would give this site a second look after them insuring in their reply to my review that they would insure that my experience was just a fluke. I searched and found the very same products for the very same price on their site. They did nothing to fix the problem. These products are not actually available at these prices. I don’t know how many fall for this but entering your payment information just to have it out there doesn’t sound like a good idea!

I went on looking for a washer and dryer made by Speed Queen. Discount Bandit had the best price. They hooked me up with a supplier and all went smoothly. I had no issues at all and will be using them again in the future.

Great fridge, for a great price
Everything was as advertised for a refrigerator I purchased. I got it at a great deal. It did take a long time to deliver, but it clearly said that in the description. As long as you aren't in a hurry, this is a great way to go.

Bandit did what I couldn’t!
I searched for months to match a nightstand to a suit we purchased online, but only came with one. Every online furniture retailer that still carried our suit wanted twice as much to ship one nightstand. Bandit found one for a fair price within one week and took another to arrive! Perfect match and Bandit accomplished what I couldn’t!

This site doesn't have the items they put in their website. After you enter your order and make payment they will connect you with the other sites that they may have the items you want. I ordered 4 set of kitchen appliance on 1st week of Nov 2020 and still no news when i get the items. the discount Bandit already charge my credit card for their sell portion fee that i didn't get the item. I wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with this website. this is scam.

I was skeptical of ordering since the price was significantly lower than other offers. The item was sent by a reputable vendor and was exactly as described. It seems likely that some people will end up with a bad experience since the service ultimately is just a facilitator, but that was not my experience at all. My item was quickly shipped and was in perfect condition.

Not Discount Bandit, just a Bandit.
Saw Discount Bandit while searching for a specific couch. Everyone else had a 4-6 week delivery time and I wanted it sooner. I didn't think they were going to charge me up front before I knew the vendor. It was matched to Appliances Connection. I saw their wait time was longer previously, so I was surprised, but thought that Discount Bandit may have an expedited deal with them. Well, my order should have shipped 7/17/2020. I currently have 19 updates from Appliances Connection of delays. It is now 12/17/2020 and potential ship date is 12/31/2020. This means, if they don't delay again, it will be six months for my couch. Additionally, I try calling to cancel and cannot get in touch with anyone at Appliances Connection. I did get one call back that says I have to go online to cancel on their website, however, Discount Bandit made the order, so I can't do that either. So, Discount Bandit is just a Bandit and it seems they have a curious relationship with Appliances Connection since I see them with bad reviews on this site. Do not place any order or search with Discount Bandit or their partnering referrals.

Doesn't deliver or communicate
I purchased an item on Discount Bandit that was supposed to ship within a few days. After a week, I contacted them and was told it was still being matched with a vendor. A few days later, they canceled the order with no notice to me. I found out by checking the order online. Don't waste your time with these guys.

Bait and switch producr
After purchasing on discount bandit website, the merchant changed the product to refurbished. Beware of bait and switch. You get what you pay for, actually would have paid more for a refurbished trolling motor. Don't waste your time.

Bad Experience with washer / dryer order
Placed an order for washer / dryer. Was told a match was found, card was run. 4 weeks later when there had been no updates I called the supplier who said we were probably 4-6 weeks out. Waited another 3-4 weeks and called back again. Was told again it would be 4-6 weeks out. They refunded my card OK, but this smacks of scam.

This company is a SCAM. LOOK AT ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS..THEY ARE ALL POSTED WITHIN A FEW DAYS OF EACH OTHER. If it’s too good to be true, then it’s probably not true. Save your time and money and go shop somewhere else. A few bucks or even $100 isn’t worth the trouble you will go through.

Not worth it
I ordered furniture from them in June, it's been delayed multiple times. Hopefully getting it in October. Shady practices with the extended warranty- the box was checked yes already and it was way down at the bottom of the email so I didn't even see it. I've been trying to call them for days, but I don't have time to be on hold for 30+ min. Very frustrating.
Update: Oct 5: item is supposed to be delivered today, the window was 1030am to 230pm with a phone call 30 min prior to delivery. It is now 210pm and nothing.....fingers crossed they just didn't call. I did finally get a refund on the unwanted warranty, so that's good. I'll update again later.

We do offer several Professional Service options on our website for appliances, such as haul-away, delivery and warranty options. Each one is set by default to no service and if one is desired, it has to be ticked accordingly. We do not offer warranty options by email.
