A Frustrating Odyssey of Waiting and Neglect

My encounter with Disctools was a frustrating and deeply disappointing experience. It's not often that I leave a one-star review, but in this case, it's more than justified.

The primary issue I faced was an excruciatingly long waiting time. I expected a reasonable turnaround, but it felt like I was caught in a never-ending loop of delays. What made matters worse was the complete and utter lack of communication from the individual responsible for providing the service. It was as if they had vanished into thin air, leaving me in a state of bewilderment and frustration.

Considering the situation, I'm now profoundly grateful that I refrained from making any payment because, based on this experience, I have serious doubts about ever receiving anything in return. The level of unresponsiveness and neglect I encountered during this ordeal was not only disrespectful but also downright unprofessional.

In retrospect, Disctools' service is not merely subpar; it's shockingly inadequate and utterly ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. One star feels like an act of generosity, given the absurdity of this entire situation. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere for any similar services.
