I have been using Disc Makers since 2014. CDs and packaging are affordable, quality and on-time. My new CD is beautiful and the music sounds great.

Quality and Speed! The discs ended up being earlier than expected and the commemorative display looks amazing. Sound and printing quality is top-tier. Will definitely keep using you for future CD pressings. The next order, I will try your vinyl pressing.

Unfortunately, the team sent me blank, white sleeves instead of the sleeve artwork I paid for. This delayed being able to fill pre-orders.
The cover was much thinner & flimsier than the last album Disc Makers produced for me in 2022.
To be fair, the team reacted pretty quickly to send me the correct sleeves, and the color of the vinyl turned out great.

My experience with Disc-Makers goes back about 33 yrs, since my first single. They captivated me with their sound professionalism and ability to get your project done in a decent time, not to mentioned their first class quality enabling them to compete with industry standards. They're always my go to when I want true quality.

Fantastic company! Customer service is top notch. Made the mistake of using another company on our last album and that mistake cost us dearly. When it comes to duplication, Disc Makers rises to the top every time.

I used their template on their website for both our CDs and our vinyls. I was glad I had this option since I love to design my own cover but did not have my typical software available to use. This made it possible for me to still design myself. The turnaround time and price were great. The customer service I received was top-notch. I had a couple occasions since this was my first time working with Disc Makers where I needed some help on their end and they were quick and accommodating. I would highly recommend them for your CD and vinyl needs.

To take to a four-day music industry convention, I ordered the music data cards to hand out the event. Not having much time to get them done, I spoke to the salesman and he guaranteed me I would get them on time before I had to leave to go to it. I called again to reconfirm I would get them and I was again told they would arrive one day before I had to leave for the convention. Well... they didn't arrive and I wasted my money for a product that I didn't get to use.

One of the most helpful and quality companies out there. They printed posters for me and they not only delivered quickly, but the prints themselves were beautiful. I made a special request in advance for them to score and fold the posters for me which they did. Highly recommended.

As I have already indicated in another review, the single best thing about Disc Makers is the ability to talk to real, friendly, knowledgeable, and competent people on the phone. In this particular case, the company seemed to be doing everything possible to meet a challenging deadline, which they did. Quality of the product was excellent, but that's just expected.

Each time I needed assistance I was quickly engaging with someone kind and ready to help me with questions.

Once again, Disk Makers hit it out of the park--with two separate recent CD orders in a row. Their inspection team found virtually microscopic errors that other manufacturers (and me too!) had missed. The responsiveness of Aimee and Patricia is tremendous and truly appreciated. They get SIX stars.
