'Disability Rights NC' No one there

This is another 'Disability Rights' organization that has no live person who answers the phone.
This is the typical reponse of virtually all so-called disability help organizations in NC. At least they didn't say their mailbox is full, like so many others.

I have been beating my head against the brick wall that is NC DHS for the past year trying to get housing for my adopted disabled daughter.
NC is a crying disgrace when it comes to practical help for disabled adults.
