The quality of the hair itself is nice but the extensions overall I'm disappointed with. I ordered the 12 to 14 inch seamless. When I put them in I noticed how unbelievably choppy and terrible they look. No matter how I put them in I can't make them look nice. I went to work and everyone asked who butchered my haircut! Not to mention the cut of them is so uneven. Each weft is all different lengths. I sent pictures and an email to the company and they just want me to spend a ton of money shipping with tracking and insurance all the way to the UK to have them look at the extensions, out of my pocket. No thanks....

Amazing hair quality.After previously buying hair from another company which went up in flames when I straightened it I come to dirty looks with all confidence and I absolutely love my product

I have used them a few times. Customer service is always excellent, they have a helpful hair guide on their site, their extensions tone well with purple shampoo.

I have used other hair extensions and quality wise these are by FAR the best.

I would say they need more robust clips (only because my hair is fine and slippy). It's not a big deal though, I sew in different ones from ebay which I get for about £2.

I WISH they would make a 3/4 hair piece. I keep having to use beautyworks because they sell 3/4 hair pieces but dirtylooks hair is far superior. I really hope they start selling a 3/4 human hair pieces (lightest blonde please!).

Would I recommend? Yes!!
