Superb neckties for the distinguished gentleman.
I bought 2 neckties and immediately bought another 3 after wearing them for the first time. The quality, the appropriate width, the craftsmanship, everything is brilliantly designed and executed. The ties might seem expensive at first glance but they are actually quite affordable considering the market segment the compete in. I can wholeheartedly recommend them!

For full transparency, we do offer DHL Express at checkout for faster delivery. In this case, the Royal Mail service was selected. This is a more economical option, but it does involve longer transit times and, as clearly stated at checkout, no estimated delivery time (ETA) is provided for this service.
Once an order leaves our workshop and is handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are managed entirely by the shipping provider. That said, our support does not stop there, we are always happy to assist with tracking, follow up where possible, and support our customers until their order is safely delivered.

Absurd shipping costs
The item is good, but I paid almost DOUBLE in shipping and an additional customs fee (from the UK to Ireland, absurd!). I will not order from this company again until they reduce the price for shipping.

As already explained your earlier review Customs duties and import taxes are calculated and charged by local authorities, not by us, and merchants are not obliged to collect or pre-calculate them. Some businesses choose to do so; we don’t, as we prefer not to charge customers fees that are not ours to collect.
We do, however, clearly state on every product page that orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to duties and taxes, confirm that all items are shipped from the UK, and repeat this information in the order confirmation email.
Shipping costs are also clear and explained pre purchase on our website so any user is a free to make their own decision.
We’re sorry this information was missed and appreciate the feedback.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience.
I ordered two scented oils from Diroma1980. At checkout, I paid around €20 for shipping.( Which is already high, given that the package is shipped from the UK and I live in Ireland).
Only after completing the payment did I receive an email informing me that I would probably have to pay additional customs duties and taxes, amounting to another €20.
In practice, for a product worth less than €40, I end up paying almost double just in shipping and extra fees.
I find this practice lacking transparency, as during checkout it is NOT clearly stated that such high additional costs may apply.
Had I been informed in advance, I would NOT have placed the order. I expected more clarity and fairness towards the customer.
I would not order again and do not recommend this company due to the lack of transparency.
