Originally thought we were dealing with a professional outfit who did a good job but as time has passed I really regret using them. The units either side of the extractor fan are actually fitted at different heights. About 20mm in the difference which is embarrassing for a fitter. We have then had one of the doors on the units slant from being level so many times. One time it actually fell off the hinges. They've been out 3 times over the last couple of years to fix it. Their fitter actually said he couldn't guarantee it won't happen again which is unbelievable. Clearly it needs an extra hinge but instead of coming to fix it this time they have decided to ignore the problem. Also the laminate off one of the presses has pealed off from the panel. So at the end of our antricite grey kitchen there is just bare timber. Again they won't respond to requests to fix it. The 10 year warranty you get is useless because they're customer service is non existent.

Found them extremely unprofessional, an appointment was made and when we arrived the store was closed. We had travelled nearly an hour to get here. The next appointment the man made it seem as if he was doing loads for us (drawing out a plan) only because the last appointment was a mistake on their behalf, told us he would email on a plan a few days later; this appointment was the 6th April 2021 we still have never received anything. He also put us down alot basically saying we wouldn't get a nice kitchen with a budget of €15000 before appliances. Wouldn't recommend them at all, especially the man we dealt with. Both myself and my partner got a really bad vibe from this staff member from the minute he met us, he seemed to think we weren't worthy of their work. Forward 2 Years later we are getting a Kitchen and utility installed from a different company costing 26000. Unlucky for DWK treating us like crap.

Found the staff great to deal with purchased 2 sets of robes and couldn't be happier. Have placed deposit for kitchen and delighted with the time given to me in helping choose what's best suited regards storage and style. Showroom was one of the best and very welcoming.

Worst experience ever..
Steer clear or live to regret it.. if unfortunate enough to have booked your kitchen I hope you paid using a credit card, at least that way you'll have some financial security!

This was a horrendous experience from start to finish
These people are sales people only, there is nothing design or bespoke about them.. measurements and kitchen plan were a disaster.. A 50% deposit taken at the kitchen measurement stage with a 'not in any circumstance refund' - even if they cannot supply parts of the kitchen as in our case the glass in the units..
There were so many issues with this company from disgraceful incompetence to disgusting unprofessional dishonest behaviour..
I wish I'd have seen a genuine review for these people prior to falling for the hype of their advertising in donedeal.ie etc..
Save yourself heartache and stress and go to a professional ethical company who are actually capable of designing planning and supplying a kitchen with no blackmail tactics and utter lies to ensure you have no choice but to accept what you get as they say ' you can't get any monies paid back' even if it is within 3 days of paying it when the penny begins to drop that they haven't a clue what they're doing and don't care so long as they get your money
