I terminated service mid Aug '22. After 5 mos I still don't have my $100 refund! I get a diff story every time I call. It's infuriating. I'm close to giving up.

The agent I spoke with was very knowledgeable about the products you provide. He also got me the best package possible for my household. He was polite, kind and well spoken without up saleing me to the max ok nice he found what worked for me he didn't try to push more on me.
