Easy Warranty Claim
Bought a refurbished coffee machine on ebay in January 2026 that came with a one year warranty. After 6 months it started leaking a little. Direct Vacuums dent me a label to post it back to them, fixed it and returned it to me all within a week. Great customer service, even replying to my emails outside of office hours!

Good price, quick delivery
I came across this company when looking for Vax accessory hose for a vacuum cleaner I had recently purchased. They had a complete accessory tool kit at a very reasonable price. Very easy website to use and order online and the shipment was sent out very quickly and free of charge.
Looking at some of the other items on their website, everything seems to be reasonably priced, would definitely use this company again.
