Great service. Delivery took 9 days and I did become concerned by day 7 as there had been no progress on the tracking for 5 days. I emailed with my concerns they came back to to me quickly with reassurance the delivery was on its way and sure enough it arrived next day. I will order from them again

Ordered crest 3d strips . Have used before the actually look and feel of strips didn’t seem right and plus no affect after 20 treatments wouldn’t recommend this company . And poor response have used crest for years never had this issue clearly faulty or fake product

Good service and reactive when the parcel did not get delivered even though Royal Mail stated it had but had delivered it to the wrong address.

I purchased the 6x polar night tooth whitening gel kit, the exact same as my dentist previously sold me, but Direct Teeth Whitenings price was far better than my dentist, being in the UK I had to wait a little longer for them to arrive, but this wasn't a big deal, it was the price that swung it for me 👍

I ordered the colgate toothpaste. Because my address was incorrect my parcel wasn't delivered but customer services was amazing and sorted everything out and redelivered what I ordered. Amazing service.
