Took out an advertisement over 6 months ago. The service has been fine, and the advertisement was great after a few changes were made to the original version. The communication was good. Overall, it was a good service, and I would recommend it. I'm already seeing results from the commercial.

Where can I start, being a local firm we needed someone to handle all our advertising, digital marketing and other bits. Spoke to one of the sales managers and he passed me to an advisor who was absolutely brilliant in all areas helping us reach where we wanted to be. Cant wait to see the adverts go live and the work flowing in! Highly recommend for all sectors and businesses wanting to reach more clients!

I felt compelled to write a positive review for this company based on my companies experience.

From the moment the Agent contacted my Accountancy firm to the final advertisement being produced and going live I found this company extremely professional and great value for money I have waited 3 months to review how successful this type of advertisement was for my company and in total it generated over £3000 in new business for my company and in the accountancy industry it’s repeat business annually which is great! Highly recommended

Horrible company. From the get go this company was poor and unprofessional. The advert that they did for us was littered with spelling mistakes and errors, photos zoomed in on pointless body parts and not centred. Took numerous attempts to get corrected. When it was finally displayed, one of the sites was never working. We finally thought, ride the 2 year contract out and leave, only to find we needed to give 6 months notice BEFORE the end of the contract, otherwise we're locked in for another YEAR!!! This small print matter was certainly not indicated to us by the pushy salesman. No leniency showed towards letting us out of the contract, and very quick to come after us with legal threats once we cancelled our payments. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.
Update: Having paid the settlement figure in full to come out of the contract, we are now still being chased for further payments!!!

ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL.
Breach of their Terms & Conditions as well as the Law: Sales and Goods Services Act 1982.

Had the following issues:

1) It has been over months since we engaged with Direct Digital and the work has been slow and exceptionally unprofessional. The team producing the video showed a lack of professionalism. I had to send repeated emails often regarding the same point. For example, on more than one occasion I had to request that my address be removed from the advert.

2) The video produced by Direct Digital team was of such poor standards, I was given no choice but to create my own video incurring further costs to myself then forwarding this to them to display .

3) When they received the video I had produced, they also received my clear instructions that the video should be downloaded from Dropbox at 1080p and displayed at that resolution. Direct Digital failed to apply that. When I visited one of the post offices to look at the progress, it became apparent that the video had been uploaded at the poorest image quality 360p whilst other videos in the loop were displayed at a higher resolution. This is a breach of their own terms and conditions point 3, “No Advertiser shall enjoy preferential position on the programme…”

Page 4 of the signed adviser agreement states that we required “2 x 20 adverts on 1st & 2nd half of loop.” However, both of my two 20 second videos were uploaded back-to-back. Again, they have failed their own agreement and subsequently this is a breach of reasonable care and skill.

4) Upon arriving at the medical centre in Chiswick it was evident that you had once again breached their terms and conditions point 3, “No Advertiser shall enjoy preferential position on the programme…” My video was an awfully small size compared to what the actual display could hold, whilst all other advert videos were of proportionate size for the screen.

5) At the medical centre in Chiswick the whole loop lasted over 16 minutes and during that time my video was played once for 20seconds. Page 4 of the signed adviser agreement states that we required “2 x 20 adverts on 1st & 2nd half of loop.” It should have been shown twice, 20 seconds each time. This is the service I was paying for but unfortunately Direct Digital have not taken the care to uphold their side of the agreement. Again, they have failed their own agreement and subsequently this is a breach of reasonable care and skill.

I was constantly on the phone to them highlighting the issues mentioned. If I had not visited the sites to check on the progress of the work, poor video quality would have continued to our detriment.

Subsequently, we have written them a letter outlining these issues and highlighting that they have breached their terms and conditions as well as the law: Sales and Goods Services Act 1982,

This company needs to refund all victims involved and pay damages incurred and then completely shutdown and never to be found again. Someone should make a WhatsApp group and pursue legal action.

I was promised that I would receive a professionally produced advert and that it would be displayed on a brand new 50 inch touch screen device in a local medical centre and it was just a total lie. The advert sent to us could have been done better by an 12 year old. Avoid at all costs and do not be duped by their predatory behaviour. We are a small, family owned dog daycare with small margins and honestly I find it shameful that companies like Direct Digital see us and others like us as a target. Promises everything and delivers nothing! We will be pursuing this and have found other local businesses who have been impacted by them and currently discussing options. It was so difficult working with Izaani Siddiqui. It took over 5 months to complete 3 slides. He took liberties I did not ask for. Had constant mispellings on my ad. I hope that I do not have to work with him again.

Avoid at all cost miss sold arrangement Now threatening court action I’ve cancelled the direct debit because taken more than than what was agreed verbally Hidden costs in the small print, don’t take my word for it just Google this company. No wonder small business don't last long with con artists like this around. Avoid at all costs I am seeking legal action!!!@ and to top it off my advertisements, as not even been displayed and never has been according to the staff at the surgery.

I'm trying to settle an issue with this company and the correspondence has been awful! I was sold an agreement that stated my advert would be displayed on a 6ft high, built in 50 inch tv, interactive device. Shown 200+ times. They sent spreadsheets that show it is no where near shown 200 times and a lot of those times it's been shown late at night when the practice is shut!! It's also a 30 inch screen, high up on a wall, with their own advert/details covering a 3rd of the area.

But yet they claim they haven't breached the contract?! No, because they're smart enough to not put screen size descriptions in the actual contract. Although not smart enough to stick to verbal lies rather than paper trail emailed ones.
I also have written word of other local companies paying for these adverts in the same area. Maybe they'll start paying attention now.

An update, 2 days after posting this review. They've cancelled the contract without me having to ask. Which is great but doesn't mention the 100s of pounds I've lost through their misleading advertisement scam/scheme. Detrimental to a small, independent, very new business!

Lacking quality in the advertisement in general, the communication is unsatisfactory. It was a hard sell for a service that is not being delivered to an appropriate standard for the cost of the product/service. We have been in production for over 4 months and still have not gotten the ad to the standard we believe it should be. We are settling on what has been presented last since the changes that have been made based on our recommendations and requests have been subpar at best.

I have spoken to Pooja on a number of occasions, every time she has genuinely tried to help me and going the extra mile, clearly loves her job.

Possibly the worst company. This is the 4th month with no advert but yet a big deposit paid and 3 monthly payments already taken.
The 1st advert proof was an appalling effort and still waiting on the next.
Scamming small businesses with empty promises.

The experience of speaking to a genuine person who could understood my concerns regarding an advertising issue was invaluable.
Rohit explained everything in great detail, his patience and diligence solved my problem in a timely manner.
