Couldn't and wouldn't price match home depot or Lowes and Menards!😪
Took two days to even respond and I had to call twice!

We visited the branch in Halifax this afternoon, for a built in microwave, we were served by Richard, who managed to resolve our problem straight away after many hours on the internet searching!!
I would definitely recommend Direct Discounts, lovely friendly staff who are very knowledgeable.

Never disappoints
Washer broke at the weekend- visited the Huddersfield store Monday afternoon the gentleman who served me was so helpful without being pushy. The washing machines just been delivered this afternoon (Tuesday) delivery guys were brilliant!

I consider myself very lucky indeed to have found Direct Discounts. My washing machine had gone on the blink after returning home from holiday, I went to Currys stores initially and was about to purchase a new machine, when they started added further prices to my original purchase, a fee for disposal, fitting, delivery, it was a complete rip off, so I cancelled my order and returned home to surf the internet, I had never heard of Direct Discounts before and was surprised to find they had a warehouse only a few miles away in oldham. I visited the warehouse and was amazed at what I found, the staff and fitters were amazing, not hidden costs free delivery, yes free, only £10 for fitting and £10 for disposing of the old machine, no hidden extras, not trying to sell you warranties and insurance, just straight foreword no nonsense, down to earth, good business sense and at very highly discounted prices, I really cant praise this company enough and sincerely thank them for the service they gave him, well done guys and thank you.

Our built under oven died on Sunday so on Monday we visited the Huddersfield store. We chose a new oven with the help and advice of the friendly staff who confirmed they could arrange to remove our old oven and then connect the new one. Wednesday lunch time old oven gone and new oven fitted and working. Efficient and prompt service at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

Ordered Sunday teatime, appliance came 10am Monday morning, amazing.

Oldham branch….. went to collect my fridge freezer. Once I checked it over, it was well bubble wrapped for the journey. Had a browse around the outlet, Dan was a mine of information on all the appliances we asked about. Some lovely appliances at very good prices. Got my eye on a couple of other items now.

I and my family have used this company for many years for personal and business use and have found them very competitive on price. They are also very friendly, helpful and efficient.
With online and superstore and direct in store purchase options for those that want to see the hoods first hand, they tick all boxes.
I am a portfolio landlord with many decades of experience.
My latest purchase was a fridge freezer for a tenant as theirs had broken down.
I telephoned on Sunday afternoon. The fridge freezer arrived on Monday at 9.30 about 19 hours after ordering!
They removed and took away the old one and installed the new one without fuss.

That's what I call great service and I am pleased to give them 5 stars. They are worth more than 5 stars!
