Shocking from start to finish

The whole experience has been very poor. The delivery took longer than expected and I was charged for express which I didn't want. ,and was meant to come to my door but it was shoved into our mailbox.Upon opening I was disappointed a cheap knock smaller than it looks .for a toy that advertised it would jump around it doesn't, also makes frog noises and cricket noises and maybe a bird noise which got my cat attention but that was it. As for the cost it's a rip off they say $4.95 but that's American then they sting you for Express freight not express at all more like a slow boat from china on top of that they held it in customs because they didn't know what it was from the description .Then they slip a free VIP membership in there and if you don't realise you only get 2 days to cancel they will charge you for a month subscription. Even if you cancel that and haven't used it they will not refund your money. From now on I will stick with Temu

These people are frauds

I bought a product for a granddaughter and in the process they underhandedly sign you up for a subscription . I emailed and they told me ideas no longer subscribed & yet have continued to charge me again for the last three month. Do not purchase from these people. They are fraudsters.Do not purchase from these people.

Scam

the book was advertised for £7.90.
After dropping into basket, other offers were presented, but i declined all.Unbeknown to me they had been added to the value of transaction ,so they tried charging my account £39.
Luckily i had transferred £20 to cover the transaction.
I had a notification from bank, that the transaction had been declined. Other reviews mention that no book is shipped.Youre offered an online version who link doesnt work anyway.
scam!

SCAM !!

SCAM !!! I ordered a nursing book from this company. They advertised it as a physical book but I got an email that it would be digital. The link for the book NEVER WORKED. Then they kept trying to charge me for a subscription. I went to the website, logged in, & cancelled without even getting a working link for my book. I tried reaching out to customer service. Nothing. Luckily, my bank account thought it was fraud when they kept trying to charge me, & they weren’t able to keep getting $$ from me. I blocked this company & they still try to charge me.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I’m usually smarter than this and double check before purchasing but mistakes were made and I ended up having to cancel my credit card at 11 o’clock at night after reading the reviews.

I was getting a digital calendar on sale for $5.90. First tip off that something wasn’t right was before I completed the purchase offers for other products popped up all listed at $5.90. I know I specifically clicked no thank you to each and every one of them. At the end it said thank you for your purchase and the total was over $21. When I looked at why it was because one of those other products was added to my purchase at $15.90. I did not add it, it was not the price advertised and there was no way to review the cart before completing the purchase. That didn’t seem right so I went looking for contact info for the company.

That’s when I discovered their “support” page is listed under a completely different URL and come to find out there are multiple URLs all connected to this page as well. I got to submit a ticket and along with your email and address, they ask for the last digits in your credit card number. Again not looking good.

I continue to look around this page and find a section on why am I being charge for a subscription? That got me even more concerned. After reading it, that’s when I learned that by agreeing to the terms and service (which I’m not 100% sure of because like most I just clicked accept and went on with my purchase, but I don’t remember actually seeing a hyperlink to on the purchase page now that I’m thinking about it) you’re agreeing to a 14 day “free” trial of the VIP subscription (which they never really tell you what it does) and then after that you’ll be charged $29 a month. Now it’s very obvious with red flashing lights that it’s a bait and switch scam.

That page I’m on has absolutely no info on how to cancel or the terms of service so back to dipglossy I go. I finally find it way at the bottom of the page and it says that you have to fill out their form, send an email to support or call them to cancel the subscription. So I send an email (the auto response email also asks for my address and credit card info 🙄). I also find the unsubscribe button button which tells me I’ve done it successfully BUT when I check my email there’s no confirmation of that, instead there’s another auto email that says please click to subscribe.

Everything about this site is meant to confuse and distract you. All information is buried, hidden and gives you the run around. I absolutely do not expect to get a response from the so called “support” team. And after reading the other reviews I opted to call my bank right away and just cancel my card. I made a pain in the rear mistake because I made an impulse purchase instead of verifying like a usually do.

Dipglossy and SandySiren are a SCAM!

I found out after I purchased a digital calendar download from Dipglossy.com that this company goes by 8 different names! I found their false advertisement on SandySiren.Co. They go by 6 different names and they withdrew my money under the name Dipglossy.co. Their downloads are a scam. Their links do not work, therefore they do not deliver any product to you. They tell you that you get a 14 trial with your purchase, but once you pay them, they send you a link saying that there are no refunds due to their digital product delivery and if you want a 14 day trial you have to request it. What kind of crap is that? I knew then, that this had to be a scam. I write them 4 times and they respond that they will get back to you, but meanwhile to take a look at their links. This is where you get more information that indicates it’s a bait and switch deal! They never do get back to you. They also don’t tell you that this has a subscription until you see them taking more money a few days later from your account! All their information is well hidden! So on July 30th, they took out $31.40 for the so called, “Bondle.” Then a few days later, they took out $29.30 for what I found out from Trust Pilot was a subscription. In total they took out $61.30. That was my food money!!!! I purchased it with my PayPal business debit card. They claim on their website that they take PayPal, but when you you look for it, it’s no where to be found. I had to use it as a credit card and type in the numbers. So I had to report it to PayPal and file two disputes, then get a new card! Unfortunately, PayPal is not doing their job and denying me a refund. I may have to delete my account with them because even after explaining to them they are a SCAM, they did not do their homework. They have become lazy and inefficient. Right after filing a claim with PayPal, they suggested a new card. Two days later, they were careless and allowed Dipglossy to withdraw another amount from my account! Do not use this company as they are a SCAM operation. Also be careful with using PayPal. They were once very good to work with, but this is sadly changing.

Purchased a barely working book/reading…

Purchased a barely working book/reading journal for my iPad. Not only was it a waste of money, I got a fraud alert from my credit card on 6/30 saying they were trying to charge me $29.99 after midnight. Thank God my card checked with me. I don't normally shop online after midnight so this one stuck out like a sore thumb. Be very wary of this company.
