Customer service won't do anything to assist at all, and claim there's nothing wrong with the item. Total rubbish. Now taking legal action. Suggest you refrain from buying from this supposedly luxury house and go to other marques that offer a much better experience e.g. Gucci and Fendi.

I am currently in Germany. I placed an order in Berlin and waited half a month when they said they would deliver within a week. I was terribly angry, but it seems they resolved the conflict. I won't give a good rating, but you don't deserve a bad one either.

Absolutely awful customer service!!! Will never buy from Dior again. Bought a foundation stick, when I opened it the bullet flew out and caught in the lid. Dior are refusing me a refund because it was allegedly used. I found this out when I phoned customer services. Still yet I have not received notification that my product has been refused nor have I received any of the phone calls I requested from a manager. I would argue it was a faulty product. Still had no notification that my product is in the way back to me. Disgusting!!!!

Overall extremely poor level and unprofessional eshop. You will get much better service from any seven-eleven supermarket.
From “customer service” you will receive only “copy paste” answers. When you send a message, the case starts always from the beginng. Looks like they use AI.
Shipping partner is UPS. NOTE! They use shipping method, where is no option to pick up your shipment from UPS access point! You need to be home personally. As UPS inform the delivery time “by the end of day” so you need to be on watch whole day. Drivers have no phones either!
Shipping time 3-4 days on the website is not true. After more than two weeks, never received my shipment. No help from “customer service”, therefore I forwarded my case to the authorities and my credit card bank.
If you really want problems, feel free to order. I can NOT recommend to anyone.
Refund refused
The worst online purchase experience ever. I have bought a pair of shoes, tried it on for less than a minute because the left shoe was not stable, returned them and they answered that they can not accept my return because the shoes have marks and scratches on the soles. I was extremely shocked since I have not even walked in them for more than a few seconds and that was in my living room... and believe me, its not a messy one.
Now I am waiting for them to send the shoes back and I am very curious if they are the same shoes I have sent. If they send me back a worn pair it will be beyond my understanding and I can not even proof I have not worn the shoes...

Bought a pair of earings in Dior Milan Galleria last 15 march this year. I have already problem with the lock. I wrote them march 26 and until now I am still waiting for them to answer me with the problem.

We were visiting Paris and I decided to surprise my wife with a visit to Dior Printemps store to get her a present for her 30th birthday.
Initially we were welcomed by a lovely lady who offered us a seats and something to drink,which is part of the experience wherever you buying any luxury item whichever the brand is.After my wife decided what bag she wants she left us shortly and we were left sitting at the table.My wife only touched the bag while we were waiting and the security guy immediately stood over us and said "you not supposed to touch anything" and keept standing over our heads while we were sitting,acting like we are going to damage or steal something.I asked him to step away as I wasn't comfortable with his intimidating presence, which he did but he kept staring at us.
Sales lady than brought the bag which my wife liked and I was about to buy the bag and end this agony as I was uncomfortable at this stage,but then manager Marco arrived.
I explained what have happened earlier,and that we are extremely disappointed and offended by the way security acted,and instead defusing situation,the manager kept talking over me in the condescending manner lecturing me how security was right and we were wrong.At this stage I decided not to proceed with purchase of the bag as it was clear to me that people who run this store have no clue about customer service and I was just annoying myself further.
My wife was so upset that she was even crying.
While we were leaving the store we were meet with the same nice sales lady and she was apologising and comforting my wife.
This experience left bitter taste in our mouth!
Me and my wife have firmly decided not to use Dior products any more and to share our experience with our friends and family!
I also took some time to read other people's experiences with this company on Google and trustpilot and concluded that what have happened to us wasn't isolated incident,and I'm glad that I didn't make that purchase after all,as this company doesn't care about it's own customers!

I bought a belt in May 2022 DEFECT
I bought a belt in May 2022. And in July 2022 I discover a damage to this. Due to work I was only able to bring the belt to dior this year. Because according to them it didn't matter. I do have proof by email that I reported the damage in July 2022. Dior rejects the damage because this is wear and tear. But the damage was discovered 2 months later, then Dior is still a very poor quality. I therefore expect that this will be resolved with me and that I can also send the emails of reporting the damage. Because they couldn't find this in the store, they said. And I wanted to show them but they didn't look at this.

If I could I would rate 0 stars. I returned a pair of sunglasses because they were defective. UPS lost the content of the parcel for reasons that are outside of my control. It has been a month already and I haven’t seen any refund yet. I have been trying to get it sorted with their customer service (if we can call it this way) and now I have been told I need a police report and an affidavit posted to their office in Paris for having a refund. I would not expect such a poor experience from Dior.

I have alot to say about this disgusting company. Fraudsters and daylight robbery you would never expect from a name like dior. Totally ripped off, refused refund without no reason within timeframe returned and exactly how i received it it was returned. They cannot provide any evidence or support to me why i have been refused. Well wow impossible to communicate, taken money, refused refund and now i read the many other reviews no suprise. The shoes are too big so i cant wear them and actually i would never want to be seen or ever support this brand again! 0 stars!!! Foul customer service and fob you off to then waste more time money and effort in writing a letter - which i will be doing anyway. Didnt need this extra stress
