I had a wonderful experience at the Dior boutique when purchasing a bag. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and patient, guiding me through the different styles and helping me choose the perfect one.
The service felt truly luxurious every detail, from the presentation to the packaging, was handled with so much care. It made the whole experience feel special and memorable.

Ordered 2 lipsticks with the name engraved. Received just 1. After 3!!! weeks of calling and emails only hear that we will talk to warehouse to check... I am just shocked how can brand calling themselves LUXURY have such customer service. I have never experienced anything like that before and was not even able to imagine this might happen at DIOR! They say they have cameras, amazing, check it and fix a problem... No product, no money, I am speachless...

Be aware of SCAM especially if you are a tourist! Long story short, I bought a Lady Dior bag from this location while I’m traveling there as a gift for my wife once I went back to the United State we opened the box up and we shocked that the salesman gave me a different purse than the one I pay 3500 EUR for it apparently he gave a UESD purse with major scratches and scuff marks on it!!!!!!!!
Horrible place
Went to the Dior Shop in PC Hooftstraat in Amsterdam. Horrible place, got there at 17:30 with my daughter to buy a necklace for her. The security guy would not let us in because the shop closes at 18:00!!
Unbelievable, never had such a bad shopping experience in my live. Awful service. They guy would not even listen to me and was not willing to ask the shopmanager to still let us in. We had even called that day to check if the necklace was in stock.
It’s because my daughter really wanted the necklace, so we went to the Dior shop in the Bijenkorf instead, but otherwise I would have never purchased anything anymore at Dior.
This will be my last time I buy there.

They spelt the name i requested engraved wrong. Extremely embarrasing, they also refused to help me with it.

Order never shipped properly. I waited a long time and then tried to chase them up .Good luck finding the correct phone number as there help desk had no idea and gave me two wrong numbers.

Charged double for a single product
I have been charged twice for the same product and have still not gotten my money back. I put in a complaint under customer service over a week ago and have still not gotten a reply. Dior assured me I would not be charged for the product but I still have.
