Absolutely disgusting company. Bought tickets back at the start of 2020, with events being cancelled due to covid. Since then communication has been incredibly poor and no customer service to get ahold of. They’ve shut down anatomy lab live and are now trading under a new name. Sam Piri is a thief. GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK. None use this service.

THIS COMPANY STEALS MONEY DO NOT USE THEY STILL OWE ME 90 POUNDS FROM A YEAR AGO. THEY CHANGE THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA AND DON'T REPLY TO EMAILS. COMPLETE CRIMINALS DO NOT USE!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Shocking experience of this business all round. Event was cancelled 4 hours before going and I had to find out by calling up the venue to ask where the event was. Apparently it had been cancelled for months, so why was I able to buy tickets 10 days ago??? Tickets said 'TBC' for location too and then they tried to tell me the venue had pulled on on the day!! Any responses from Samuel Piri - The CEO have been incredibly rude, uncaring and patronising. I just want a refund but judging by others experiences, that may be hard to get.
Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely disgusting experience. Event was cancelled that clearly wasn’t going to happen from the start. No reply to emails, no contact number or social media account found. Even tried to go via the ITAE group and again no contact number, or email. Complete scam. Has anyone actually had a refund?

I booked a ticket along with friends for the 10th May for this event. They emailed prior to this to advise they were having to cancel and a refund would be issued from the day of the event. It is now almost the middle of June and I have had no refund. I cannot get hold of anyone from the company and if you search them on Google it says that have dissolved. I think this is completely wrong to not have refunded everybody!

I booked and paid for 2 tickets for the dinner & Dissection at Nottingham on 10th May 2022, I received an Email on April 26th stating that costs had increased and they could no longer continue with the chosen venue and promised a refund.

It’s now 26th of May and still no refund, I have Emailed all the email addresses I could find but no reply to any! I am unable to find a contact number for them to speak to them directly.

I think this is very bad customer service and almost like they are trying to leave it long enough for people to forget!!

Awful company. Don’t reply to emails. I’ve had so much hassle trying to get a refund for a date they cancelled. Still waiting for the refund. I would never book again and would advise others not to bother.

Such a shame as we were looking forward to the event

They changed the date I was supposed to be attending and when I've asked for a refund, twice, they've ignored me. There are other customers in the same boat as me too. Its abysmal service to completely ignore us. We would have booked another date but not with this level of service.

This event was cancelled and rescheduled due to 'the team getting covid' this is fair enough but when we contacted to say that we couldn't attend the rescheduled date due to 2 of our party being on holiday & 1 working we asked if we could change to a different date at a different location. We have had no reply from the email they have used for correspondence, I have also tried contacting via social media which has again been ignored. This company is just a huge con and reading the reviews I wonder how many people they have done this to? They have had nearly £300 from us that it's looking like we are not going to see.

Bought 2 tickets for myself and partner to attend on specific date. My partner's mum sadly passed away unexpectedly the day before the show, so was obviously highly inappropriate to attend at this time. Sent a number of messages which were ignored. Finally got the company's attention when I made a comment about this via their social media. Was told that we would be unable to attend a like-for-like show at a later date or receive a refund. £100 down the drain. Company does not seem to care about its customers in the slightest. Wish I'd of read the reviews beforehand.

Was it worth £80 a ticket? Absolutely not!

First off, the communication from the company is abysmal, multiple emails results in nothing. After reading reviews I was preparing the be conned out of my money.

The food was awful and were given no option or idea of what it was going to be, until it was plopped in front of you. Ended up going to McDonald’s after as we were so hungry. There was zero refreshments and the queue for the bar was ridiculous/expensive.

The event was supposed to start at 6 but realistically didn’t start until after 8. Useless video played multiple times, showing the creator on Dragon’s Den???
On the website it mentioned about dissecting a brain but this never materialised.

There was nothing Victorian about the event.

The presenter herself was really good, and looking at the specimens is the only thing stopping this review being 1 star.

I wouldn’t bother going again, not sure if I would be conned again!

They work as part of the ITAE Group who owe me refunds from cancelled events in 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic. 2 years later no communication from them and no refund and they now trading as dinner and dissection instead of anatomy lab live. I'd suggest you stay away as if for any reason it's cancelled you won't get your money back. They cut off all ways of communication and they shut down their facebook page and their anatomy lab live website say they have sorted all refunds when clearly they haven't. If your reading this don't purchase anything from ITAE group which includes, anatomy lab live, dinner and dissection, medicplayer and post mortem live.

Fantastic event, very relevant as a student nurse! Only criticism, you don’t need the dinner! I would be perfectly happy to pay the same price without dinner included, the food was not the best (which for the price is to be expected, I didn’t go for the dinner!) and it did feel a bit unnecessary. It was a great event though and I’ve already recommended it to my less squeamish friends and fellow students.

Amazing experience! Food was delicious, main course was chicken kiev and cake for dessert. The dissection experience was very cool and you were able to really get stuck in. Our host, Holly, was full of knowledge and it was so fascinating to listen to her! She was also very happy to answer questions and show and explain anatomical structures in our smaller groups. I would definitely recommend to anyone interested in anatomy. Thank you!

We have had amazing time so far. We are both nurses who have interest in pathophysiology and anatomy. It’s amazing to see the organs up close! So worth it! X

Amazing time - brilliant host, thoroughly entertaining and informative; amazing meal and dessert before dissection and thorough yet fun immersive learning experience - amazing experience !!!! Really organised and in depth. Hands on (Really hands on !!) Where else would you get to do this !?

Atmosphere brilliant, so interesting, informative and fascinating. Brilliant to do the dissections at the table and amazing opportunity to see anatomy so close up. Fantastic evening and I would recommend to anyone :)
