mixed bag
Quick delivery of product
- as a first time buyer I wanted a spraying plan which was not available.
There was not good video instruction for use of the various products and it felt like i had to fumble my way through the job. I think the products will work, but it felt like an expense guess and go

Lack of Information
Website difficult to navigate I found information fragmented. No instructions or data sheets with kit which cost £338.99 and expected to pay extra for a spray diagram which is necessary to do the job. Can't see how one could be ordered on website. Hopefully the product will be better.

Delivery and product
My order was efficiently dealt with. My package delivery was well photographed so I could identify my house and the package placed under my porch.
Dinitrol brown ML is a good rust preventitive product and is thin enough to flow into all the nooks and crannies.

Best zinc rich coating I’ve tried. Sticks more like glue than paint , ideal for galvanised surfaces.

The ordering and dispatch process is very slick and waiting times for arrival of products is newer more than a day or at most two. I re ordered what ive ussd previously and had good results with but not before browsing what is now available... I can't shake the feeling that there are more products than a few years ago and from what i read, a bit of confusion has now crept in as there seems to be several products all doing the same thing.
