I purchased the Highland Park Upholstered bed by Bernhardt in Feb. this year. The bed was delivered with white glove service in April. The team setting the bed up noticed a slight dent and some dirty spots and hence wrote on the delivery confirmation sheet. Although these are minor faults, I found the quality of the bed does not live up to the Bernhardt standard that I knew of. The trims around the headboard and footboard are sticking out and not evenly laid (see photos). When I purchased online, it was hard to notice this. There are also many loose threads at several different areas. When I called the customer service to inquire about the return policy a week or two after the delivery, I did not expect that they would not mention one word about the photos I sent. They just gave a refund computation which include restocking fee and round-trip shipping. I paid $1352.16 and would only have $719.06 back if I chose to return. I thought it is important to alert online potential buyers to be aware of their return policy.

He was so incredibly helpful, the price was fabulous & I would most definitely use this business again. I was looking absolutely everywhere for a particular item.
