To this day, I have received nothing: no products, no shipping information, and no tracking details.
I have contacted you several times by email, without receiving any response whatsoever.
This complete lack of communication and the failure to deliver the order for several months is unacceptable.
Given the situation and the absence of any reply from your side, I now consider this matter to be a suspected scam.
If I do not receive a response or a full refund immediately, I will proceed with reporting your company to the appropriate consumer protection platforms and take further action.
I therefore request an immediate full refund or clear proof of shipment as soon as possible.
