Caution Advised: This shop appears to sell mobile phones as new when they may actually be used. I experienced a lengthy delivery time of approximately three weeks. Additionally, be aware that if you decide to return your order, they impose a 30% deduction on the refund. Exercise caution when purchasing from this retailer.

They dont answer on emails for refund my broken airpods.

They sent broken Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro2, which were not intended for the German market (a Taiwanese model, apparently), hence have no warranty (!!!).

Almost no customer response from their customer service, no solution offered. Don't order here.

Terrible customer service , you ask something but get answer after 3 days and sometimes longer.

I ordered an oculus quest from dimprice in December 2022 and it still didn't arrive. Multiple attemps to get things moving, but nothing happened.

They reply to emails but it has no effect and they won't inform you whether the product is actually going to arrive.

I will never order here again. Cancellation process started - I hope I will receive my money back soon now.

I ordered a S-pen pro on Dimprice.de the 2nd of Februar, with the promise of delievering within 8-14 days.
Today is the 6th of Mars, almost 5 weeks later and i have not received my order yet . They keep sending me the same e-mail that they're going to do everything they can to fulfill my order ( Copy-Paste) but after 15 e-mail you just get tired

I bought the AirPods Pro 2nd Generation for 244 euros (good price). The free delivery was ensured within 14 day and in the end was quite punctual (just half a day of delay). The tracking was always guaranteed via “724EX” (at the beginning) and then DHL. Everything was exactly as describe.

I bought an iPhone SE 2022 from Dimprice, the terms of sale (pre payment) say 6-11 days delivery. When the product was not delivered I was told delivery is in 8-14 days. This date has now passed, and I still have no iPhone. 724ex is the courier (never heard of these before) and the tracking seemed to remain at “in transit,” no idea where it is or where the origin is etc. It’s my belief I have now been given tracking information for another customers order, as this new order is going to France and my address is in Germany……Save yourself the stress!
Updated: Yes tracking confirmed today it is being delivered to another country and not me. I’ve asked repeatedly for a refund, I’ve had no response.
Updated: it’s arrived- late but here! Completely different tracking number, to the one given in my email, but at least it is here. It appears to be new, and the box is a bit damaged, but the iPhone box seems ok. I’m changing the star rating to two stars as it’s here, but was v stressful throughout.

A real scammers. I ordered my ipad mini space grey ofc with their promise of delivering 2-7 days what so ever and the ipad was in their stock as it was listed. After shipping turned into transferring to hub (not sure what it is) they send an email saying that the product is not available and they can send a rose color or I had to wait. I believe they never had the ipad space grey in their stock and just listed there to make people pay and then offer rose color as a replacement which is less sold version. Customer service is also non responsive. Pay 30 euro more and buy it from somewhere else otherwise they will never stop scamming people.

It's been more than a month and my phone still hasn't been delivered. Not sure if it ever will be.

Ordered Ipad on the 26th of November, they promised I would receive it in 2-5 days. Today is the 14th of December and still didn't get my order.

Update: finally Received my IPad on then15 th of Dec. The package was good, iPad is brand new. Delivery sucks but the product is good.

I bought an iPhone on 10th September and it should be received 2-5 working days. I didn’t get it yet after 8 working days! The status is not even “out for delivery”

First time using this site and always a bit anxious about using somewhere new online. Prices are very reasonable. Excellent service, fast delivery with tracking available from start to finish

I love my Oculus Quest 2

Based on my first experience with my order number 492019350666: I am still waiting for the shipment since I sent the order and payment on April 14th. Customer service is not giving any kind of information why the delay. No hotline number to call, a fake WhatsApp number which sends you an automatic reply that you should contact by email.
A very poor service - another kind of service providers from the basement.

Excellent service with speedy delivery and good customer service! Highly recommended
