I hope this racist online shop get shut down and not make no money!!!

I ordered a canvas of Triple Crown champion Secretariat. It arrived in less than a week and I couldn't be happier. I was a bit concerned because this business is based out of Viet Nam, but as it turned out the canvas was shipped from Michigan (to Seattle). I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

I received my order yesterday and the picture I received was not good quality, the picture is grainy and looks like the print is messed up. I have tried contacting Dilypod three different times and they will not contact me back. Very disappointing and will not buy from them again. Terrible customer service

I ordered on July 23rd and my confirmation email said to allow 3 to 7 business days before shipping. I have emailed twice and no response. Customer service and communication is terrible. I just want some kind of response.

I ordered a canvas and it arrived Saturday 8/7/21. It was completely damaged and i was devastated . I emailed you guys immediately and also sent a photo and it’s now Tuesday night and no one has contacted me. I never write bad reviews however i just need it replaced and would like someone to contact me back please. Thank you.

Print was so much more than i expected. Nicely done; packaged and shipped quickly. I'm very impressed with the product received for the low price.
Would have been double in a retail shop.

My order came with no problem...I highly recommend your products

My concern was with the production time and shipment prices. To pay roughly $30 for a picture but then roughly $70 for faster shipment was unsettling. The production time should not be 7 days for a non personalized product to be shipped and then a standard shipment time of 7-14 days is a lot again for something not personalized. My suggestion would be to review and make some changes, while I liked the product I would not patron the business again because of the long delays and wait time.

I inadvertently ordered the wrong size for my wife. Their response was that since it was my error I was stuck with it and there was nothing they would do. Great business model.

This was the most beautiful gift for a very strong woman who had lost her daughter. It makes my heart happy to have found the perfect gift.
