Happy Customer

I ordered a canvas of Triple Crown champion Secretariat. It arrived in less than a week and I couldn't be happier. I was a bit concerned because this business is based out of Viet Nam, but as it turned out the canvas was shipped from Michigan (to Seattle). I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

Poor quality and Terrible customer service

I received my order yesterday and the picture I received was not good quality, the picture is grainy and looks like the print is messed up. I have tried contacting Dilypod three different times and they will not contact me back. Very disappointing and will not buy from them again. Terrible customer service

I ordered on July 23rd and my confirmation email said to allow 3 to 7 business days before shipping. I have emailed twice and no response. Customer service and communication is terrible. I just want some kind of response.

I ordered a canvas and it arrived…

I ordered a canvas and it arrived Saturday 8/7/21. It was completely damaged and i was devastated . I emailed you guys immediately and also sent a photo and it’s now Tuesday night and no one has contacted me. I never write bad reviews however i just need it replaced and would like someone to contact me back please. Thank you.

My concern was with the production time…

My concern was with the production time and shipment prices. To pay roughly $30 for a picture but then roughly $70 for faster shipment was unsettling. The production time should not be 7 days for a non personalized product to be shipped and then a standard shipment time of 7-14 days is a lot again for something not personalized. My suggestion would be to review and make some changes, while I liked the product I would not patron the business again because of the long delays and wait time.
