I was looking for a solution that had an AI score that wasn't $99 a month. This platform is the solution. I own a small business in the United Kingdom and was able to use this program for the past several months.

I felt that the keyword data was okay, though I didn't use it much. I also like the AI tool that they have built in.

Service is very poor. Ranking data ia out of date.

Service is very poor. It seems to me they are in over their heads right now. Expanding too quickly and racing after the AI 'revolution'. Have made several enquiries with them.
1. They are not picking up our sitemap so see this as an error, but search engines are. Have requested their bot name/asn so we can whitelist and once they said they would get back to me but never have (2 months+).
2. Ran a disavow file for me through their paid service. I had to remind them I had placed an order. I gave them instructions to not include my domains in the disavow file but they did. Had to finish this off myself.
3. The data in our console area is out of date and I have proved this to them. They are not reading the site. The data seems to be 3 months out of date by just checking the rankings myself. Googles rankings have changed massively now they are aligning with AI but Diib's is not getting the data right. No reply to my email to support.
This company are going through a very rocky time it seems. Not attending to customer support is always a sign they are in too deep. It looks like we may have to change to a different system as this is not acceptable standards for any business.

Meh. cant even rank their own website

Meh. Looking into seo optimization saw a Diib ad.

Checked out the free services to see if I thought paid was worth it. I feel like they miss respresent results trying to sell you.

Speed latency testing showed very high latency in areas of LCP, FCP and TTI ranging from 5.6s to 14.9s. While an in browser inspection showed very low of >.50s in all areas.

Running thru my website builder and google console found googles speed test. Which agreed with both Diib and my in brower inspection. The difference being low latency in desktop browser with high latency in mobile. Diib failed to differentiate and in an effort to sell to being able to correct they only reported the high latency.

I don't do deceptive practices. That there pretty much shut down the idea of Diib.

Then I realized that doing multiple google searches for seo or digital marketing optimization Diib cant even get their own site to show in the first 5 pages of a search. The kicker...I live within 15 miles of thier home base in Utah. Can't even get thier own site to show up in a search while using localized keywords. Do way I'd pay them to assist in optimizing my site.

Awful customer service and misleading information

Awful customer service and misleading information.

I am a web developer and wanted a simple tool to help me track everything in one place easier, thankfully I never paid this lot a cent.

It tells me that my website does not have an SSL certificate, which is outright false. This is easily verifiable by just visiting my site.
It tells me that my website does not have a sitemap, which is also false. I ran an indexing health check using google search console and verified that it is detectable and completely correct.

I have a number of backlinks already, yet their tool tells me 0.

I keep getting hit with emails telling me "my site is at risk" because of their false SSL detection, and to sign up for their subscription so they can help me fix this. No doubt a scare tactic to falsely lure people to pay them for something that isn't required.

I tried to contact their support to fix the discrepancies. This was 2 months ago and still have not heard back from them.

My advise? Contact a professional web developer and have them set up google's generally free tools, such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Search Console. It may have more of a learning curve, but it is not misleading.

Your support request: You contacted us on December 17th via chat, and we responded within 24 hours directly in your chat inbox. Our response included detailed explanations for the sitemap and SSL flags, along with links to our knowledge base articles explaining both situations. That response should still be in your chat inbox where you submitted your original message.

Sitemap detection: As we explained in the knowledge base article, our scan looks for sitemaps in specific locations based on SEO best practices (robots.txt, /sitemap.xml, etc.). If yours is configured differently, our scan won’t detect it - but that doesn’t mean it’s not working. If Google Search Console sees it, you’re all set.

SSL certificate: Your SSL is valid and working. As explained in the article we shared, the “expiration” flag appears because hosting companies often renew SSL certificates every 60-90 days automatically, even when you’ve paid for a full year. Our scan picks up the expiration date from public certificate records but doesn’t know about auto-renewal.

Backlinks: We checked your domain against Moz and Semrush, and both also show zero backlinks. If you have backlinks we’re not detecting, they may be very new or from sources not yet indexed.

The emails: You’re right that automated alerts can feel like scare tactics when the issues don’t match what you’re seeing. We’re not trying to mislead anyone - our tool flags potential issues based on how search engines scan sites, which sometimes differs from what you see as the site owner.

Our services: Everything beyond the free scan is optional. We’re trying to help business owners (who typically aren’t web developers) understand their site’s SEO. It sounds like you already have the expertise and tools you need.

Awful support

Awful support! They have been taking our money but there is no way to get hold of support other than there awful chat bot and if there is its extremely well hidden!
We have Diib pro and none of our websites will load and havent for ages. You get the message, 'Something went wrong when loading sites' Happens on mobile and multiple desktops so not a caching issue

The message you’re seeing is tied to a known bug, and we’re actively working on a fix. In the meantime, you can still access your websites by zooming out a bit and using the dropdown at the top of your dashboard.

It also looks like you have 50 websites connected, which is quite a bit over the Pro limit of 30 — that’s likely adding to the loading issue.

Our chatbot does mention that some replies can take 1–2 business days. Your message came in just before this review was posted, so our team was still well within that window. We take those timelines seriously and always do our best to meet them. Just a friendly reminder that public reviews carry a lot of weight, especially when we’re actively trying to help. Misleading Advertising and Poor Customer Service. Still up for Diib?

I signed up for Diib based on their promise of a DA67 backlink—an offer they prominently advertise. Unfortunately, that backlink was never delivered. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to their support team, I received no helpful response or resolution.

To make matters worse, they charged me nearly £100 again without any notice, even though the core feature I signed up for was never fulfilled.

Overall, Diib has been a huge disappointment. The service is overpriced and doesn’t deliver on its promises. Poor customer support and misleading marketing make this a platform I cannot recommend. Definitely not worth the investment.

When you returned in 2025 and subscribed again, our system recognized that you had already redeemed that one-time offer and prevented another submission. Once our team realized this was the issue, we manually resubmitted the form for you to make sure you still received the free backlink, which typically takes 7–14 days to process (as stated on our site).

Regarding support, we responded to both of your July messages within 24 hours and processed your refund request on the next business day after it was submitted.

All I can say is wow!

All I can say is wow! I got way more than I was expecting out of the onboarding call. Aubrey was so engaging and such a pleasure to speak with. Aubrey patiently listened to all my questions and provided detailed answers in clear, plain English without any of the confusing tech jargon. 10 minutes into our conversation I felt like I had already gotten my moneys worth for the pro plan. So worth it!

I just had my onboarding call with…Aubree

I just had my onboarding call with Aubree, aka my new business fairy godmother. I originally signed up for Diib Pro because of the Google Analytics install help and a backlink (SEO nerd bait, I know). Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much more than a dashboard full of graphs and the occasional guilt trip from a to-do list.

But then came Aubree.

Thirty minutes. That’s all it took for her to light up my business brain like a pinball machine. She wasn’t just ticking boxes or reading a script—she actually cared about my business. Like, genuinely. She asked great questions, gave me hyper-specific insights, and didn’t once say “just Google it.”

I’ve been poking around Diib for a few weeks thinking, “Yeah yeah, I know SEO,” but Aubree made me realize I’ve only been scratching the surface. Turns out, there’s a whole buffet of tools and strategies I’ve been ignoring like a sad salad at a pizza party.

I wish I could chat with her every month. Not kidding. I'd book standing brainstorm dates if they'd let me. Aubree, if you're reading this—I'll bring virtual snacks.

A very useful 30 mins SEO session

I had an on boarding meeting with Aubree as a new pro member of Diib. Great to chat with a real person who seems genuinely interested in my success. Whilst I have had Diib pro for a few weeks, this was a really useful 30 mins and packed in a lot of tips that would have taken me much longer to pick up on reading 'how to' guides as it was specific to my travel business.
