I paid almost $2000 for a "custom" website that took three months to get online. Every month they found a way to charge me more, so I left them and rebuild the same website (if not better) using a hosting service template in a weekend for under $300.

Do not use this company.

They refused to give me the domain I paid for 10 years and refused to give me a refund. They charged me for things I did not need. They are dishonest and untrustworthy. Use anyone but this group. Every invoice came from a different entity, like they are laundering money or something.

I hired this company to redesign my website and was told I’d receive a professional, customized build based on the designs I provided. What I got instead was a distorted, blurry, and off-brand result that looked nothing like what I submitted. Every time I raised concerns, I was told the site was “still in development,” with no real corrections ever made.

I was also pressured into purchasing overpriced GoDaddy hosting through their so-called business channel — later discovering I paid hundreds more than GoDaddy’s public rates. When I questioned this, I was met with excuses and no accountability.

After researching, I found countless others with the same story: paid upfront, received poor or unfinished work, and were left with nothing usable. This isn’t just unprofessional — it feels predatory. I’ve filed complaints with my bank, the FTC, and the Attorney General. Do not trust them with your time, your business, or your money.

Spoke to Adam Fisher a Supervisor, but lets start with the fishy part. Purchased a product form Design Web Logic back in Nov 2021, now disguised by many names including Digit Design Studios, Creative Logic Center and Creative Induction. These people don't keep their work on file, will try to sell you a national registration at a higher cost because their Attorney does it for them, so they say. Adam said my file was corrupt and that's why they don't have it, but they would recreate it and then inquired about registration. Isn't that a mute point Adam. I don't recommend them to anyone.

Scam, Scam, SCAM. This iis the worst company to work with. They are not interested in the website design, they are only interested in selling services and over charging. Digit Design Studios is currently holding my domain name hostage and demand $750 to release it to me. I own it, I purchased it, I am the rightful owner to it. Design calls are a waste of time. They are not a company to make websites, they are a company to scam companies, sell ridiculous services, and play games. On my last call with Digit Design Studios, I requested they turn over my domain name. I was interrupted and asked if I want them to build me a website to sell clothing. With great enthusiasm, I was told that all the websites they design for selling clothing are all making more money than I could ever imagine. Absolute nonsense company. I posted this review to help other business and to prevent them from being taken advantage of. Stay well Clear of Digit Design Studios and their smoke and mirrors marketing pitches and strong arm sales attempts. Save yourself a lot of aggravation. I am now off to the Better Business Bureau and my attorney.

Run as fast as you can!

This company masters in scams and fraud. They have been harassing me for a year. Here is how they scam you.

1. It will start with a logo and a pitch for a website.

2. They will send you logo designs that are complete trash and unprofessional looking. I gave them the design that I created for them to put in final form.

3. They will not tell you what the complete cost is and will continue to try to get more money out of you if you allow it.

Once the design was completed to my liking they said in order for me to get my design I would need to pay $800 plus dollars for it to be trademarked. I did not mind having my logo trademarked, so I went along with it. I requested the number to see when it was submitted. It was submitted way after when they said it would be.

3. They will play good cop bad cop

They call you to see if you are still liking your logo, and ask if you want to continue to use your logo. Of course your response is yes, then they proceed to tell you how you need to pay money because your trademark has expired. "Do you want it for 1 yrs, 3 yrs or 5 yrs and here is the cost." Anyone that does research will find out that trademarks are valid for 10 years. Then they try to tell you "no, no we did a copyright." When that lie doesn't pass, they tell you that the trademark takes months to process. So, how can it be expired if it hasn't even been processed. If I had not gone on the USPTO I would have missed the opportunity to have my logo trademarked, because it showed as abandoned on their webpage. Some calls or friendly while others are hostile from DDS.

4. They try to extort you.

"You need to pay this fee or immediately cease from using your logo."

I filed a claim with the BBB, FTC, Attorney Generals office and will probably submit a small-claims on them.

I work for a freaking law firm and did not do my due diligence or research before hiring them.

DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU.

I told them I would have just let it go and sucked it up as a loss, but because they have continued to try to exhort and harass me, I will open up the flood gates of hell on them.

Since I have no way to give them a - Negative rating, I have to give them a 1. Number 1 SCAM! Same guys answering with FAKE Anglo names. False advertisement about 24x7 customer service. They will NEVER Give you any signed contract. Promise LIFETIME service. Nothing to back up what they say. They take your money and DO NOT DELIVER. When asked why you are not with BBB- they said its not RELIABE?? Ha ha ha. They took $3,000 and have failed to provide email service and web development. All I got was a cheap LOGO. They will NOT Answer your phone calls. Or reply to EMAILS. Try to chat with them on their website. Ask them for a customer service tech support phone and they will hang up or disconnect the chat. Just try this.

Do NOT hire this company! They are professional SCAMMERS! Don’t make the mistakes I did and fall for their quick talking sales pitches. They will lie and tell you you need products that you do not need. They deleted my old website and the new website they supposedly made is being held hostage unless I pay $2000 for a server I do not need! Website was paid in full and I already have hosting. They straight up stole my money. BEWARE especially of “Oscar”. I’m currently suing this company, they need to be shut down! FYI all the good reviews are FAKE!! My website has been down for 2 years because of these frauds!!

Complete amateurs. Wildly amount of wasted time for bottom of the barrel quality.

Got marketing services from them and it was a great experience. Looking forward to work with them again.

Fraud Plain and simple. Here is the way it works :
1. It will start with a logo and possibly will end in at least a website.
2. The logo is stock garbage than you can just do on an app for 10 bucks. They will say everything is included in the cost but it's not . You will have to pay the documentation fee , make everything online yourself and basically do all the paralegal jobs yourself .
3. The website. It will start with 2500 all in but then suddenly will start including miscellaneous charges etc.
4. Notice the Sales tax. there is no state in the US with 20-30% sales tax. Its fraud. There is no itemized invoice. You are being scammed
5. Over the phone they will tell you a lot of websites top tier ones they designed , they did not.
6. Overtime you take a follow up, they will just throw a stock item at you. A website template , a stock logo. So far as to a point. One of the logo was our current logo with color changed to yellow
7. They will charge you for random items such as domain names but will never give them to you
8. They assured me they will give me a refund after talking to their "Finance department" and the refund will take 45 days to post. refunds take 3-5 business days to post.
9.Also notice many people who posted a negative review have multiple reviews but people with positive reviews have only one.
Solution:
1. Don't feel mad at yourself because I run an ecommerce company and I fell for it. You can too.
2. Open a chargeback as soon as with your bank and don't waste time on these guys. Your bank will reverse the transactions same day and you may have to write a letter to fight the chargebacks but do it. If they scam so many people you must fight it.
The charges come from all different merchants : CREATIVE INDUCTION , Apr 28, 2023 INNOVATIVE ANIMATIONS, INNOVATIVE CONTENT
etc . etc. They will tell you all the negative reviews are from fake people online and hence I posted this review from my FB account. Read this and do not fall for it.

They have built my web site, they designed and helped me trademark my logo and company name. Always helpful and very knowledgeable. I will continue to use them for all my digital needs.

TOTAL SCAM with FAKE ADDRESS they lure you to constantly pay hundreds after hundreds of pounds for services you will never be provided with. They do show you some so called projects like a logo which is so badly made , your 5 yo child would do better job. Just AVOID save your money. SCAM !!!

I came up with an idea for a company logo and some creative processes, but didn’t know how to implement them. I was introduced to Oliver as my project manager. Working with Oliver has been incredibly productive and he and his team are efficient. I was able to get my logo created and branded. I am currently in the process of getting my website created and Oliver and his team are constantly checking and modifying to create my unique company website. My input is taken into consideration, and there is constant communication. An aspect of business that I feel is very important is relationships and Oliver and his team have helped to calm my fears as we continue to progress, adapt and create a superior product and design for my company. I feel very fortunate to have found Oliver and his team from Digit Design Studio. They deliver what they promise and have exceeded my expectations. I appreciate Oliver and his team in helping me achieve my goals.

I am giving 5 stars because these guys the best scam artist, I ever met.

What Ashley DePuma wrote in her 1-star review 6/15/22 is exactly what happened to me 3 months ago.

This is a sham operation. Save your money go somewhere else. There are 6 others who are saying the same thing with 1 start. Yelp has 13 reviews giving this company 1 star.

1) You will never get what you pay for. Instead of many designers, you get one guy producing 12 bad designs.
Go to a site like fiverr.com and find a logo designer that is verified for lot cheaper than these scammers.

If you engage them, carefully observe the following:
1) They claim they have 20+ people. But its 2 guys.
One Indian with a British accent & another guy with a New Zealand accent who pretends to be different people at different times. (who goes by Alvin, Adam, Tyler .....)

2) They claim they are in San Diego, but their phone numbers are not in San Diego, and are redirected to somewhere else. When you get a call back it has a different business identified. (Fake phone numbers).

3)You are billed by a different company.

4) 45 days after I engage them and over 50 emails as many calls, I still haven't got a finalized logo.

If you call 5 times you will get one response 3 or 4 days later.

I am calling my credit card company and filing a claim for refund and may continue with further action.

These guys have the audacity to ask me for more info via TrustPilot. I guess these guys have learned to outwit trust pilots review system by asking for more info and if we don't provide it to dispute our reviews and get it dropped.

So here is an update. After 3 months I am still waiting for my credit card company to finish the review and give me my money back.
