⭐⭐ Strong Sales, Weak Fulfillment & Poor Handling of Refund

I initially had a very positive impression of Miles. He was responsive before purchase and seemed genuinely helpful, which led me to buy his Digital Snacks product ($17) along with all three order bumps, bringing the total to $148.

The funnel audit fulfillment was not clearly explained during checkout. After purchase, I received instructions to join his Skool community and attend office hours for the review. I did that, attended a call, and received useful feedback.

While inside the Skool group, I asked follow-up questions. What stood out was that there was ZERO other activity in the group during the time I was inside. No new members joined, no other questions were asked (I am in other marketing/ads support Skool groups that are hopping but I wanted to follow HIS plan.)

Afterwards, I purchased his Digital Snack Scale Plan, which included lifetime access to his GoHighLevel white-label account and a custom scale plan. Access to the GoHighLevel account was not granted automatically — I had to follow up with his admin team to get fulfillment.

Due to my financial constraints and wanting to get going quickly to test my existing offer before rebuilding everything in a new system, I requested a refund for the Scale Plan within the stated 30-day guarantee window & said I would re-purchase when ready.

My initial email was ignored. After following up a few days later, I received an email "We already refunded it.
This also means that we’re removing you from skool." - It hadn't been refunded (or at least nothing had come onto my cc and no email confirmation had been sent so I guess I needed to be psychic). That second part is what peed me off. This was presented as though it was "obvious policy".
However:
• At no point during my earlier purchases was I told Skool access was temporary.
• There was NO upfront communication explaining access terms or boundaries.

When I pointed this out, there was no acknowledgment or attempt to make it right - I was removed and he was done.

What disappointed me most was the attitude and unwillingness to address what was clearly a communication & fulfillment gap in HIS business. A simple clarification and professional handling would have resolved this easily.

Removing a paying customer without clearly stated terms does not reflect strong business practice. And how he handled this told me who he is as a businessman and as a person.

There are other better systems out there. Try 6 figure launch lab with Luke Sherrell - you get lifetime access to him in his Skool group with his low ticket offer purchase and he is a really nice supportive guy - I will be following HIS method and when successful investing more with HIM.
