AVOID - incompetent at best, more likely just fraudulent
Didn't provide me with anything, then finally did after I threatened to give a bad review and report them.
But they then provided me with 2 title documents, neither of which were for the property I specified (instead they were for my 2 neighbours' flats). When I explained this, I was told 'we are not responsible for the content of the documents'. So they failed to provide me with what I asked for, and refused to refund me.

Do not use this site. It’s a scam. Once they get your money. You don’t recieve the docs. The online chat looks as though it’s from an African country. They won’t refund my money. I’ve informed the police. So be warned. Don’t use this site. Use gov.uk
