I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the service from this company. I made mistakes and they noticed them, spoke to me and put them right! The staff were so responsive and helpful truly going the extra mile to support me to get my project right.
The cost was realistic too and inline wiht other similar service providers.
My project was delivered promptly and well packaged.

Very helpful customer service on the live chat (a patient human). Chose a variation on the default perfect bound finish with uncovered internal pages which worked well (no images/photos in the booklet). Arrived on day specified, well packed.

Really positive first experience purchasing postcards and roller banner from this company. Excellent customer service! Postcards arrived on day expected, but banner didn't, however it was easy to let them know, they reprinted it and even corrected an issue with the QR code for free. The corrected banner arrived within 2 days and still in time for when I needed it.

We ordered double-sided wedding invitations and they came out beautifully! Great quality card, the colours were nice and vibrant, delivery was on time, and the process of ordering them was nice and easy. The only slight issue is that there is no preview for your order after you upload the image, so we had to wait and see how they would come out, but they are perfect so nothing to worry about in the end! The pricing was also very good, so we would definitely use DigitalPrinting again!

Great value and simple to use web site. Ordering process straightforward using the provided templates for the products I needed - A5 leaflets and a couple of roll-up stands for a conference in the near future.
