Reliable service
The staff at the Copenhagen store were very helpful, patiently guiding us to find the best option for our needs. The delivery was quick, and the product quality is excellent. However, it wasn’t possible to order directly at the store, and we still had to pay the delivery cost. Additionally, the prices are fixed with no room for negotiation.

Although I had to buy it online since I am living in a city where DigitalPiano.com doesn't have a showroom, it was a pretty smooth purchase and I am happy with my Kawai CA901 model. The price was also fair compared to other stores in Europe. The shipment was fine except that DHL was only delivering up to Curbstone on the ground (will not deliver inside apartment).
