Product purchased was delivered as promised and promptly - Keys for Windows 11 Pro and MS Office 2024 Pro. Instructions to install and activate were clearly given. Ran in to difficulty to activate Office. Contacted support by email. Response was prompt and the solution provided worked perfectly. I was really impressed by their support in taking care of the customer. I wish there were others who will follow their lead. I will not hesitate to do business with DigitalKeyBox in future. In fact I will highly recommend this company.

When the installation failed, I received prompt, patient and accurate communication from James from customer service. Thanks to his help I was able to successfully install a new version of MS Office at a terrific price.

Great service and product

The purchase was fast. When I needed help with the installation at 10pm, the staff answered like right away, really amazing. The installation is easy anyway.

DigitalKeysBox is awesome, after fighting with Microsoft for over a week, deleting, and reinstalling Office 2024, I couldn't get it to work. MS wanted me to spend between $300-$600 for a firewall & malware protection (that I already had). Within 12 hours DigitalKeysBox had me up and running!!!

I got a great deal on MS Office 2024 from DigitalKeysBox. I received an email with installation instructions and MS Product keys were provided. After having some trouble with installation, I found out that Microsoft Office Digital Desktop App was already installed on my laptop. It had to be removed to allow the installation of Office 2024 to proceed.

Clearly stated what steps to take to resolve an issue. A few months after the original purchase, I got a new machine. In less than 24 hours they resolved the license problem I was experiencing. Great experience with very timely feedback and resolution!

So far the product is working great! There was an international service charge of $1.20 that caught me off guard but customer service replied promptly via email confirming the charge. Otherwise happy so far with the product and better than paying for a subscription.

Awesome service!
I accidentally bought Office 2024, but my MacBook is too old - so I had to change to 2021. They immediately put back the difference to my PayPal (without me asking even) and they helped me to download the correct software and license.
Would definately recommend any day of the week!
