Service is down again
Service is down again. For the past few weeks it constantly going down or buffering. Customer service is no help. They replied on my numerous tickets that they had a system problem. How you gonna have a system problem everyday. When if works it's good but most of time its not working. Very frustrating. I will find another service if this keeps happening.

Tried to subscribe to a 1 year iptv subscription. They took my money, provided 0 credentials and sent me a digital theme pack. Not what j ordered. Customer service is just a chat bot. If I could give negative stars I would!

I have had this service for about 4 months now. I have had no issues thus far. Upon signing up it took about 2 hours to receive my credentials. Got it Installed with no issues. I carry multiple providers and thus far this provider fairly solid. I have gigabit internet, quality android TV boxes and I use Tivimate as my player of choice, also I use ethernet connections. I have had no reason to contact customer service - so I can't comment on that part. I have little to no buffering - maybe it is due to my setup or maybe I am just lucky. I have no complaints with this provider.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME
I had a one year subscription and it when well. I did another 1 year subscription also one for my friend and my uncle. After that the service is the pits....you can't update the system it keeps saying retry. My uncle and friend keeps calling because they can't update and are unable to watch their sports. I emailed them several times not reply I try doing a ticket no reply, but when I purchase the subscription they message me without wasting time....This company don't care and I do see most of their clients have the same problems. They don't even deserve 1 star

Don’t trust the trial quality
Of course the trial was perfect service ! Then we pay for six months and immediately buffering and most often no service at all and the APP won’t update and won’t play. Then all of a sudden you can’t chat with them and have to “open a ticket” that goes ignored. Demand refund….ignored. Don’t go with this service. Bad.
VERY DISAPPOINTED
I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with this service.....both the IPTV service itself and their customer service ! This service was recommended to me but I am at a loss as to why ! I only had success playing a couple movies ! Other movies and shows I tried to play just stopped and wouldn't start again or wouldn't play at all ! One movie I tried to play was even mislabeled and wasn't the movie that was listed at all ! Any attempt to contact customer service has been ignored ! The ticketing service they have doesn't work....I just kept getting a message that my message was "over limit" no matter how short it was and therefore couldn't be submitted ! I did find an email address they have but my messages there have been ignored !

Over the last couple of weeks
Over the last couple of weeks, the system has been constantly buffering which is very annoying. As of late, I could not even log into my account. It just keeps failing to log into the account. When the system works it works well but not for any length of time and has been very unreliable. Customer service is virtually non existent, you always talk to an AI-bot who tells you to raise a ticket. I did this and now I am waiting without tv. So far, 24hrs later, no one has responded to my ticket(s) I raised.

Paid for 3 mos after trial ... thinking we were getting a fair price. 1 week onto service and it just sits on a black screen now spinning out. ZERO response from anyone on this. Complete waste of money. About to call my bank and ask for a charge back.

Hello I don’t know what’s going with the service it vary rarely works no support what so ever the worst product ever I don’t know how it got a 2nd best rating for service except probably got paid for it or else someone from their company because it doesn’t deserve a rating at all sorry to I’m really disappointed. Should be zero stars. Gave me a link that only lasted for a few hrs and then couldn't login. Tried different servers and it was terrible. Worse the second time. "AVOID DIGITALIZARD AT ALL COST" SCAM HAVE TO WAIT 21 DAYS FOR REFUND. AVOID AVOID AVOID
EPG fails to update at all times
EPG fails to update at all times, movies don't play and live TV doesn't work. If customer service gets back to you they say you have too many channels and remove some. It doesnt fix the issue. Most the time they don't bother contacting you back. AVOID!!!!
Thought it was scam but its legitimate but
They delivered the service but i got paranoid cause they sent me a bunch of stuff to download that were irrelevant.
So yes reccommend it!
Update on the review, the quality is not so great, half the subs are not working and sometimes it gets stuck in an episode and doesnt want to get unstuck.
They really need to uodate their service.

The log in credentials they sent me were bogus. I was never able to login in. I sent several tickets asking for help. When they did not respond I asked for a refund several times & again, no response.
Once they have your money you will never hear from them again and you will not get thr service they promised

Update August 31/ 2024- So if you're looking for support or a reply they are awful. The iptv is working a lot better with vpn. Without vpn for me it did not work. But i had to figure it all out. there are also way to many channels you don't need and took 2 days for them to fix. Their responses are extremely slow.

purchased 3 lines for 6 months....after few hours they send me the credentials and it's work. But I don't have serie TV. It's different from the trial.
