Disappointing experience
Unfortunately, my recent experience with Digital Isle (also on1shelf.com) was quite disappointing. I ordered an item through their website, but when it arrived, it was not as described—both the product details and image on the site were different to what I received. I emailed them several times to try and resolve the issue but never got any response. I also tried calling numerous times, but no one ever answered. In the end, I had to raise a case through PayPal and although I did get a refund eventually, this was only after sending the item back—which cost me nearly £10 in postage to Northern Ireland. That felt very unfair, considering the mistake wasn’t mine. The customer service was shockingly non-existent and based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
