They are charging me every month 12…
They are charging me every month 12 euros, but I bought a one time vignette for visiting Austria. Did not pay attention to it, was busy at the moment. And the biggest nonsense was that I bought it on 27 of May and it was valid till 05 of June but they charged me again on the first of June. Yes and they charged me 3 more times. Support is a big 0. Bank can not stop it unless I block my card... plates BG2277LN, SERBIA if someone reads. All in all, a great lesson, respect to the creator of the site, very smart...

This company is a complete fraud.
THIS IS NOT THE LEGIT SITE FOR AUSTRIA VIGNETTE! They trick you into thinking that they are legit, but they take money from your credit card every month. If I need an annual pass, I would just get an annual pass. Why do I subscribe monthly to a 10 day vignette?
If you are just doing a roadtrip to Austria like me, I suggest you to avoid this fake company at all cost. There are more thorough analyses on why this company is a scam on reddit.

No support, no clarity on the site , frustrating .
I had bought the 10 days validity digital Vignette online during my travel in June in Austria. But now I am getting debited every month on my credit card for the Vignette even if I have not asked for and I had not travelled to Austria. There is not response to my email from the customer support.

Beware! Hidden subscription and predatory practices!
Beware of hidden fees and unwanted subscriptions! This website poses as a standard highway vignette seller, but their terms and conditions hide automatic recurring payments (a hidden subscription). Fortunately, my bank (Revolut) flagged the transaction as suspicious and blocked further attempts to withdraw money. I had to immediately cancel the service in writing and freeze my card. Avoid this website at all costs and buy your vignettes exclusively from the official Austrian state website at shop.asfinag.at.

STAY AWAY!!! They have tried to charge me monthly even though on the purchase I made I was looking for a one-time purchase.
The issue is NOT the attempt to charge monthly (let's suppose I didn't pay attention on my initial purchase).
They provided an update payment method option because I have used a one-time card (best feature from Revolut ever, it saved me this time!!!), but their web page does NOT provide a revoke/cancel subscription option. This is obviously NOT a good will approach!
My initial purchase is confirmed by email but the company did NOT send a contract proving that I have purchased a recurring subscription service.
Website owner is claiming in response for other complaints on Trustpilot that the cancelation is available at ANY TIME. This is a lie! All links I have received (including original order confirmation and the latest update payment method) are showing the card details to enter and the cancel button is hidden. Who do you think is crazy enough to enter new card details just to get to a cancel button?
European Customer Rights, here I come with my complain! Let's see for how long is this site going to stand?

Got scammed as everyone else
Got scammed as everyone else, subscription model was not clearly stated. Considering there are probably hundreds if not thousands scammed a lawsuit should follow.
Update: I messaged both email and contact form on the website, got no response at all, no refund. As soon as I am back from vacation I am willing to get in touch with others that got scammed and sort this out legally. 12€ is not a Crime, add the thousands and we got a case. Automated response with no action is not acceptable.

scam company secretly creates subscription
edit: i reached out to the email address they provide publicly here several times, and they ignore all messages. when the eu office contacts them, they also refuse to cooperate. this company could not be a bigger scam. they steal money, pretend on this forum to provide service, and then completely ignore you.
they don't write anywhere that they are going to charge you indefinitely. you buy a 10-day vignette, and they secretly continue to charge you on the first of every subsequent month--with no notification, no explanation, nothing in the FAQs. nowhere is it said that you will be charged again--i have looked through every email and their entire site--and yet they keep charging you monthly until you notice. all the customer-service replies on here are further manipulation. they say it's clearly stated in the checkout process (it's not) and say "sorry it was missed during checkout," as if it's the customer's fault. they have gotten so many of these reviews that they would have changed it by now if they actually wanted it to be clear. but they don't-- this is intentional deception and a complete scam.
Edit: I've reported them to the European Consumer Centre and suggest others do the same
