Definitely a brilliant company and 💯 friendly customer service. I'm disabled and they were excellent in helping me picking up and dropping off. Beautiful and clean clothes. Will definitely use again and definitely recommend ! I will be telling my friends and family to use this company thank you !!

I recently used Digital Dry Cleaners and em very happy with the service. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about garment care.I took in several items for dry cleaning and a small alteration everything came back looking immaculate. The clothes were perfectly drycleaned and packed.It’s clear they take real pride in their work and pay attention to the small details.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

I strongly do not recommend this dry cleaning service. My experience raises serious concerns regarding both service quality and professional standards.

The establishment failed to meet the agreed delivery timeline, citing that additional time was required to remove stains. However, when the garments were eventually returned, the stains remained entirely unchanged, calling into question whether the promised cleaning process was performed with reasonable care or diligence.

In addition to the unsatisfactory service, the customer support experience was extremely disappointing. The individual handling the phone call was dismissive, unprofessional, and lacked even basic customer service training. Rather than addressing the issue or offering any remedy, the response was rude and unhelpful.

From a consumer standpoint, this experience demonstrates a failure to deliver services with the reasonable skill and care expected under standard consumer protection principles. Customers entrust businesses with valuable clothing, and at minimum expect transparency, accountability, and respectful communication.

Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before using this service, as the quality of work and level of professionalism did not meet basic expectations.

The best dry clean company ever, they always come one time, very easy to place your order any time in the day , very trusted company، I would recommend digital dry clean for everyone.

Awful experience. They arrived 3 hours late to collect my laundry. They then invoiced with incorrect dates saying they had dropped off my laundry when they hadn't. When i called, the guy said that yes, the laundry was in front of him but it wouldmt be coming back that day. I was less than impressed, to say the least, and was really wondering how on earth they could justify £150. Excuse after excuse for the delays - drivers on holiday, misunderstood the booking (them, not me), etc. If you can't manage a booking, don't take it. No apologies from them. When I tried to call to clarify when laundry would be delivered back to me, they kept on hanging up on me. I really wondered if we would ever see it again to be honest. Dreadful dreadful dreadful. Best avoided. Zero customer service and zero cares about the fact that they're dealing with people's personal items.

I have been using their service for a while now. I use it majorly for ironing of shirts and sometimes for dry cleaning of clothes.

Ironing:
I had rate the ironing 4 out of 5. The job is good enough for shirts to wear at work. I have got a couple of jackets done with them as well. The first instance the jacket was not done properly and when I brought it to their notice, then ensured that it didnt happen again. I haven't faced an issue with the jackets after that. Overall, been a good experience.

Washing & Cleaning:
I have given them a couple of clothes which had stains which were to be removed. They did ensure that the stains are removed, so a total thumbs up on this.

Delivery & Packaging:
They always respond promptly to my requests. If there is any delay in pick up or delivery, they do tell you in advance. Also, if you are not available at a particular time, they are happy to accommodate you as well. Packaging is always very neat and professional.

Just had an amazing experience with these guys. Customer service was on point with really friendly staffs and also the delivery timing was on point. I had a little doubt because of the very little reviews they've got but still tried my chances and it was worth it. Definitely will recommend it to everyone.
