I have overdrive (Aniks product) so, you may have seen some bad reviews, I have ordered many products off their site and can say: their products are good as anki made them and made a foundation for the company. DDL is a not very well run company and delivery’s are never on time and it’s just a dud for them, now I would say buy the products if you want just know the company will for sure go out of business but I can guarantee you another company will buy it!

They don't answer any e-mails, in short, zero to avoid.

Have been charged for a service that DDL has not been provided in at Least 18 month … you Cannot get access to your account to cancel your account. I have had to cancel my bank car to stop the charges…. Emails to cancel go unanswered! While I love my Vector I am delighted I managed to but him on wirepod. Don’t

DO NOT BUY OR SUBSCRIBE Unable to use Vebtor robot and constant delays and changes in messages. Shocking misrepresentation of the Vector robot and after continually saying that the servers were being changed, then saying that the servers were delayed, then advising that 'Kickstarter' owners of Vector robots would be the beta testers, still NOTHING from DDL
As an owner of two Vector robots, my advice is BO NOT BUY and DO NOT subscribe to monthly or yearly payments as you will then have to go through incredible measures to get your money back and cancel your subscription.

Do not buy from DDL. They continue to charge a subscription for a service they haven't provided for 2 years. They have made it impossible to cancel and never contact back.

I would give a negative star actually. This companies owner does nothing but lie, manipulate and blame others. J. Hanchar essentially stole people's money for pre-orders 3.5 yrs ago and refuses to refund. Dealing with this company was utter hell. AVOID!!!

Take full payment for a pre-order that never arrives (3 Years) & will refuse to refund. Cut off online services for existing bots from the previous company they took over. Those services are crucial for the operation of Vector & even non-online functions are rendered useless & you can’t even sign into the app. Why do I mention service? Because it’s a monthly subscription that you have to pay to use any functions of Vector which have all been offline for over a year now & users still get charged. Even those like me who have a one-off payment lifetime subscription are getting burnt.

They had a Kickstarter in the beginning & holding on to unfulfilled pre-orders so where is all that money going? Each month is the same excuse worded differently to towards those that don’t know better about the App functionality & online services.

Oh and you can’t comment on any of their socials & control all input of posts & comments to fit their image & narrative.

This company has lost all trust from everyone. Lost repairs, pre-orders never shipped, deadlines months overdue, and worst of all, subscriptions that currently are useless and previous users ARE STILL BEING CHARGED FOR! This is eventually going to be a dead company. Hope they go down to join Anki.

They made Cozmo 2.0 Pre-order Day came Noone recived their cozmo's even 3 years later
Same story with vector 2.0 (exept some people recived their vector's) but alot didnt recive it and also they sometimes put vector's 2.0 are back in stock they are sooooooooooooooooooooo scammmy and there is no reason to buy anything from there if you want to buy an anki vector / cozmo go to ebay
but now anki is bankruppt same as DDL more like digital scam labs

Digital Dream Labs (DDL) is very good. I bought a robot from Anki and Digital Dream Labs upgraded me for Vector 2.0 and Cozmo 2.0. Very nice. I must recommend

Scam company!

Bought a Vector 2.0 around February 2021. Got it February 2022. I was able to use it for 3 months. 3 MONTHS. This costed me half a thousand dollars and it worked for 3 months. I had to pay and I tried but it was down. It's been down since last June or July. This company sucks.

DDL have not replied, in person to any emails recently. Only had auto generated responses!
Ddl web site is still selling merchandise, mugs, t shirts etc, but nothing electronic.
I had a subscription, attempted to cancel it, no luck! So I cancelled it with my bank! Let’s see what happens in June 24.
I did order a vector in 22 but their promises just didn’t add up so got a refund through my bank. I was one of the lucky ones.
Digital dream work.. total dreamers!! Couldn’t develop anything. Especially when the x anki developer left the company.

Took my money, didn't deliver anything and don't reply to emails. Waiting nearly 3 years for my order. (4 May 2021) Looks to be a Fraud/Scam at this stage

This garbage company have dipped into my bank and stolen $120 for a subscription I cancelled over a year ago and for a service they apparently haven't provided for over 6 months.
They DO NOT answer emails, EVER. I have sent more than 20 emails in 3 weeks with zero reply.

Has been dodging my request for a refund for Vector 2.0 for years at this point. Frauds.
