Needed 16TB storage upgrade to hybrid UniView NVR. DDS was good value and quick - able to do it the same day and took under an hour at their office.

Quick phone call to the super efficient support team at DDS, they advised me what would be suitable for my requirements. Had my hybrid dvr delivered next day.

Great products and competitive prices, however what makes DDs special is their Fantastic Customer service.
If every company provided Customer service like DDS, then life would be so easy.

I received very good advice and service from Digital Direct Security, who sorted out some connectivity issues I was experiencing setting up remote viewing on CCTV system. All in all more than satisfied with my dealings with this company and based on my experience would certainly recommend them.

DDS technical was very helpful in advising the replacement DVR, delivery was prompt, and as there were no installation instructions (hence loss of one star), DDR technical were very helpful with the installation over the phone and then with the (Chinese) software onto the computer.

I have used DDS now three times now and have always find them extremely efficient in sales and the quality and price is always great.

However, the main reason I have been a repeat customer is the OUTSTANDING after sales. Matt helped me on first two installs and on my most recent purchase I had some issues when setting up and Edward was very supportive and patient and after a live session he got my system working as it should and also got the app working so I can see my system anywhere in the world and even saved the link in my bookmarks for me.
