I have been having a lot of computer problems and I have needed help regularly. ISRAT helped me today and it went very smoothly.

Originally received a key that was already used, but Sid from the chat service helped me get a new one within 15 minutes of reaching out to the chat service and it worked great!

They originally sold me a key that didn't work (already used), they don't reply to email but the chat feature on the website connected me super fast to an agent who gave me a fresh working key.

Bought the wrong key and the Goat Sid gave me the right key!

I bought a windows 11 key through them. While I has some issues there technical support was extremely quick in helping me resolve the issue. Thanks to Saikat and Sid for the help

The agent Sit helped me get my activation key back after Microsoft tried forcing me to get another key despite me already having bought one and it should have been tied to my Microsoft account

Ordered a product key for Windows 11 Home, and the key didn't work. All forms of contact, including email and online chat, have been cut off, and no way to contact customer service for help. Complete scam!!!!!

Similar to to other experience, initial keys failed but Israt was able to fully support me during this experience.

At first got not-working key, but after a short chat with Sid on webpage chat, it got sorted out.

Received a bad Win 11 pro key but got on chat with support and Lamia got me sorted quickly.

I used their service to update from windows 11 home to windows 11 pro on my mini pc. I had an issue with the first key that was issued and Sid was able to immediately fix the issue with the original key to get my windows 11 pro activated.
