Hello Dan Nze,

Dear Digital Products Pro users, it is a strange situation that I have to waste a lot of time in Trustpilot, in a review comment, to defend myself against false accusations. This absolutely should not have happened in a public forum. User: Dan Nze, never contacted me, did not in any way want a refund, a replacement of the product or a solution to his problem. That's why it's even more frustrating for me that I have to speak out here. Ok, let's start:

I will be happy to present my position and respond to your absurd allegations, Dan Nze:

1. Yes, that's right, you bought a set of "150 eBooks" on one of the platforms where I sell digital products at a mega promotional price for only £1.10. You received everything as described. The description didn't say you'd receive eCovers, extras, sales pages, etc - it said you'd receive 150 eBooks, and you did.

2. I don't understand this - what did I have to apologize to you for, what attack? You have never contacted me in any way. You received everything as ordered and why should I apologize to you? If my users have any problem, they write to me and I will be happy to answer and help them. I solve every problem they have, always to their advantage. The comments on Trustpilot speak for themselves.

3. I reported your previous comment to Trustpilot to remove the promotional link you added in the comment - it was just spam on your part. I asked for proof of purchase - via Trustpilot - and you sent me an email that did not exist in any of my user databases - either in the Digital Products Pro store or on the platform where you purchased the 150 eBooks. I only just found out that you bought 150 eBooks on another sales platform when you added a negative review (1 star) again the same one, not related to the product, just advertising your website. Check what email address you provided for verification.

4. I don't understand this question completely. I wrote the truth in the review, I referred to your review. Your review read: (unchanged words)

"The best place to buy ebook is pingobooks.com they are more reliable"

and my response was: (words unchanged)

"The reviewer is not a Digital Products Pro user, although he purchased a set of 150 eBooks on another sales platform, which he received from me for $1. The user has nothing to do with our community. He wrote the review only for the purpose of promoting his own website, to advertise himself for free, and perhaps attract customers from Digital Products Pro. I am sorry that some users try to get ahead of others and write fake reviews, lower the status with stars, and want to be competitive in an unethical way, which does not concern the Digital Products Pro store, but a product purchased on another platform. Despite this, I greet you and wish you every success - please change your promotional tactics, because the current one will only bring you disappointment and only harm."

So I didn't use any horrible words, I didn't insult you, I wrote a reference to your review. Your review was not in any way constructive, referring to the purchased product, you did not mention anything about the order, your observations, etc.

5. How can I refuse to solve the problem peacefully when you never wrote to me, never asked about the product you purchased, and you did not want to solve the problem you created yourself by leaving a negative opinion on Trustpilot and on the platform where you bought 150 eBooks at a mega promotional offer price: £1.10. It was you who created all this confusion.

6. I don't understand what mistake I have to admit, I still don't understand what I did wrong and what causes your frustration. If you have any problem, please write to me and do not post your insinuations via Trustpilot.

Thus, the issue of children's confessions on a public forum has been ended, for which I sincerely apologize to all Digital Products Pro users and those reading this comment.
